凯美集团经营经济型酒店策略研究

【摘要】:经过三十多年的经济稳步发展,我国在科学技术、经济文化、教育管理等各方面都取得了辉煌的成就。随着人民收入水平的提高,假期旅游也成为时尚生活的一种标志,以满足商务旅游人士而开设的经济型酒店应运而生。酒店凭借设施齐全、环境整洁、功能便利、物美价廉为特点,与市场需求高度契合,使人们对经济型酒店的信任度和依赖度越来越高。 本文通过对凯美集团经营经济型酒店这一典型案例的研究,运用SWOT战略分析,得出凯美集团在经济型酒店产业发展上的显著优势,确立了以江西的二、三线城市作为集团发展战略的切入点,以经济型酒店的连锁化经营为总体战略的思路,并进行准确的市场定位、酒店选址,通过选择租赁经营,合作经营,与集团零售业、房地产业组合经营等投资模式,采取重视营销与科学管理,充分开发集团人力资源优势,加强品牌建设和创新意识等一系列的进入策略,为凯美集团或其他企业起到借鉴作用并提供一定的应用参考。 论文第一章为导论,主要回顾我国经济型酒店业的发展情况,阐述本课题的研究背景、意义及研究方法。第二章通过对经济型酒店业相关研究的综述,回顾了国内外对酒店品牌及经济型酒店经营方面的研究。第三章通过运用PEST、 SWOT等方法对凯美集团所处的内外部环境进行分析。第四章在上述对凯美集团的内外部环境分析基础上,制订出适合凯美集团经济型酒店的发展战略。第五章依据凯美集团经济型酒店经营的发展战略,.探讨其实施的步骤和策略。最后一章为结论与展望。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of steady economic development, China has made brilliant achievements in science and technology, economy and culture, education and management. With the improvement of people's income level, holiday tourism has become a symbol of fashion life. The hotel is characterized by complete facilities, clean environment, convenient function, good quality and low price, which is in line with the market demand. It makes people rely more and more on the trust and dependence of economy hotels. This paper makes a study of the typical case of the management of economy hotels by means of SWOT strategic analysis. The paper draws the conclusion that the Kamei Group has significant advantages in the development of economy hotel industry, and establishes the idea of taking the second and third tier cities of Jiangxi as the breakthrough point of the group's development strategy and the chain management of the economic hotel as the overall strategy. And carry on the accurate market orientation, hotel location, by choosing the investment mode such as leasing management, cooperative management, group retailing, real estate combination management and so on, we should pay attention to marketing and scientific management, and fully develop the advantages of human resources of the group. A series of entry strategies, such as strengthening brand construction and innovation consciousness, can serve as a reference for Camry Group and other enterprises. Chapter one is an introduction, which reviews the development of economy hotel industry in China. This paper expounds the research background, significance and research methods of this subject. The second chapter reviews the domestic and foreign research on hotel brand and economic hotel management through the summary of related research on economic hotel industry. The third chapter analyzes the internal and external environment of Kaimei Group by using pest, SWOT and other methods. On the basis of the above analysis of the internal and external environment of Kaimei Group, the fourth chapter formulates the development strategy suitable for the economic hotel of Kaimei Group. The fifth chapter is based on the development strategy of economic hotel management of Kaimei Group. Discuss the steps and strategies of its implementation. The last chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
