中国高技术服务业集聚水平及影响因素分析

【摘要】：随着世界经济的快速发展，全球经济结构发生了深刻的变化，服务业在经济活动中逐渐占据主导地位，产业结构不断服务化。服务业在推动城市功能提升、增强其他产业竞争力、吸纳就业等方面的巨大优势也引起了广大发展中国家对服务业的重视。在当代越来越注重科学技术和服务业的发展，大力发展高技术服务业将会是我国利用自身优势资源，贯彻可持续发展战略，完成从“工业经济”向“服务经济”转变的重要保障。本文以高技术服务业发展的影响因素作为研究重点，研究分析了高技术服务业及各子行业集聚的影响因素。研究的成果主要包括：一、界定高技术服务业的释义和范畴。通过系统比较和分析生产性服务业、现代服务业、知识密集性服务业等相关概念的研究现状，结合高技术服务业研究的成果，界定了高技术服务业的释义和范畴。二、分析了我国高技术服务业的发展、集聚现状。采用比较分析的方法，研究两次普查期间我国高技术服务业的发展现状；通过区域熵和行业集中度等产业集聚测度指标对我国高技术服务业的集聚现状进行实证研究，，详细分析了高技术服务业及各子行业之间的集聚和地区之间的集聚差异。三、实证研究我国高技术服务业集聚的影响因素。通过构建多元线性回归模型，分析高技术服务业的集聚影响因素；比较分析各子行业的影响因素，得出结论并提出政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, the global economic structure has undergone profound changes. The service industry gradually occupies the leading position in the economic activities, and the industrial structure continues to serve. The great advantages of the service industry in promoting the urban function enhancing the competitiveness of other industries and absorbing employment have also aroused the attention of the developing countries to the service industry. In the contemporary era, more and more attention is paid to the development of science and technology and the service industry. To develop high-tech service industry vigorously will be the use of our own advantageous resources to implement the strategy of sustainable development. To complete the transition from "industrial economy" to "service economy." This paper focuses on the influencing factors of the development of high-tech service industry, and analyzes the influencing factors of the high-tech service industry and the agglomeration of each sub-industry. The research results mainly include: first, define the definition and scope of high-tech service industry. Through the systematic comparison and analysis of the related concepts of producer service industry, modern service industry and knowledge-intensive service industry, and combined with the research results of high-tech service industry, this paper defines the definition and category of high-tech service industry. Second, it analyzes the development and agglomeration status of high-tech service industry in China. By using the method of comparative analysis, this paper studies the current situation of the development of high-tech service industry in China during the two censuses, and makes an empirical study on the agglomeration status of high-tech service industry in China by means of regional entropy and industry concentration measure index. The agglomeration of high-tech service industry and sub-industries and the regional agglomeration difference are analyzed in detail. Third, empirical study on the factors affecting the agglomeration of high-tech service industry in China. By constructing a multivariate linear regression model, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the agglomeration of high-tech service industry, compares and analyzes the influencing factors of each sub-industry, draws a conclusion and puts forward some policy suggestions.
