高职酒店专业“四合、四共”校企合作模式研究

【摘要】：随着我国高职教育的进一步发展,如何进一步提升专业办学质量,成为高职教育的重要工作之一。而我国酒店业发展迅猛,对有关从业人员的质量要求越来越高。本文结合高职酒店管理专业办学的实际情况,对现下高职高专酒店管理专业的校企合作模式进行了探讨研究,得出了"四合、四共"的高职酒店管理专业的校企合作模式,在提升专业办学质量的同时,推动并服务于酒店行业人才培养的开展。
[Abstract]:With the further development of higher vocational education in China, how to further improve the quality of professional education has become one of the important work of higher vocational education. The hotel industry in China is developing rapidly, and the quality requirements of the relevant employees are becoming higher and higher. Combined with the actual situation of running a higher vocational hotel management major, this paper probes into the school-enterprise cooperation mode of the hotel management major in higher vocational colleges and universities, and obtains the school-enterprise cooperation mode of the "four United, four common" hotel management major in higher vocational colleges. At the same time, promote and serve the development of talent training in the hotel industry.
