高科技服务业引领的创新供给规律和路径

【摘要】：深入推进供给侧结构性改革需要探寻决定供给质量和效率的创新供给规律。研究发现,高科技服务业是影响创新供给的主要因素,而服务业与创新之间的关系也经历了一系列变化。最初的生活型服务业基本上与创新无关,创新只是零星的公民个体创新或单个企业创新;随着生产型服务业的逐渐发展,出现技术创新、组织创新和产业创新;再后来高科技服务业从中分化出来,由其引领的集群创新以及国家之间以大科学工程为纽带的国际联合创新开始呈现,并形成由高科技服务业支撑的、以知识服务和技术服务以及研发服务为内容的日新月异的创新供给局面。这种变化既是创新供给的演变规律,也是高科技服务业促进创新供给的实现路径。
[Abstract]:In order to push forward the structural reform on the supply side, we need to explore the innovative supply law that determines the quality and efficiency of supply. It is found that high-tech service industry is the main factor affecting innovation supply, and the relationship between service industry and innovation has undergone a series of changes. The original life-type service industry basically has nothing to do with innovation, innovation is only sporadic citizen individual innovation or individual enterprise innovation, with the gradual development of production-oriented service industry, there are technological innovation, organizational innovation and industrial innovation. Later, the high-tech service industry split out, and the cluster innovation led by the high-tech service industry and the international joint innovation between countries linked by the great scientific engineering began to emerge, and formed by the high-tech service industry. Knowledge service and technology service as well as research and development services as the content of the ever-changing innovation supply situation. This change is not only the evolution law of innovation supply, but also the way to promote innovation supply in high-tech service industry.
