株洲市家政服务业发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】：随着经济的发展和人民对生活质量要求的不断提高，家政服务业也日益成为新兴产业，家政服务业对提高人民的生活满意度、促进就业和社会的可持续发展等起着显著的作用。家政服务业是整个社会价值链构成的重要组成部分。本文采用文献法和问卷调查法，充分阅读国内外关于服务业、家政服务业等相关文献基础上，着实对株洲市家政服务企业进行系统调查，以家政服务业界定、家庭经济学理论、产业结构理论等为理论基础。从株洲市家政服务业的宏观环境、微观环境两个角度展示了家政服务业的发展现状，并针对发展时间较短的株洲家政服务行业出现的问题，如缺乏发展规划，市场竞争无序，总体上仍然较为混乱。同时，不少家政服务人员也表示自己的权益保护缺乏相应规定，混乱的市场使得家政企业“摸不着头脑”等。最后，分别从政府、市场、消费者和创新科技等多个角度，对株洲市家政服务业的发展提出有建设性和针对性的对策建议，，旨在初步形成布局合理、便利安全、协调联动、能够满足不同层次需求的家政服务体系；同时，加快家政服务企业规模化、连锁化步伐，推进家政服务市场化、社会化和产业化发展，稳步提升从业人员素质和服务质量，使家政服务行业总体水平基本适应服务市场需求和全面建设小康社会要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's quality of life, domestic service industry has become a new industry. Domestic service industry plays a significant role in improving people's life satisfaction, promoting employment and sustainable development of society. Domestic service industry is an important part of the whole social value chain. Based on the literature method and questionnaire survey, this paper makes a systematic investigation on the domestic service enterprises in Zhuzhou, and defines the domestic service industry and family economics theory, based on the domestic service industry, domestic service industry and other related documents at home and abroad, such as domestic service industry, domestic service industry and so on. The theory of industrial structure is the theoretical basis. From the macro environment and micro environment of domestic service industry in Zhuzhou City, this paper shows the present situation of domestic service industry, and aims at the problems in Zhuzhou domestic service industry, such as the lack of development plan and the disorder of market competition. Overall, there is still confusion. At the same time, many domestic service personnel also said that their rights and interests protection lack of corresponding regulations, the chaotic market makes domestic enterprises "confused" and so on. Finally, from the angle of government, market, consumers and innovation and technology, this paper puts forward constructive and targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the development of domestic service industry in Zhuzhou City, aiming at forming a reasonable layout, facilitating safety, and coordinating linkage. The domestic service system which can meet the needs of different levels; At the same time, it is necessary to accelerate the pace of large-scale and chained domestic service enterprises, promote the marketization, socialization and industrialization of domestic service, and steadily improve the quality and service quality of employees. The overall level of domestic service industry can meet the needs of service market and build a well-off society in an all-round way.
