战略逻辑检验体系构建及检验方法研究

【摘要】:战略面对的是未知、未来的问题,未来是不确定的,眼前的现象却每天都在发生着变化,而战略逻辑不会轻易改变。企业通过分析自身所处的社会与经济环境、以及资源等,制定了自身的发展战略,但这并没有清晰地描绘出如何实现战略目标。大多数企业的战略体系指标关系不是很明确,更有甚者是混乱的,明确的企业战略逻辑对其发展颇为重要。楠木建(2012)认为确立战略逻辑,不需要限定统一的时间段,不规划具体的措施,不独立拆分给各部门,只是需要各部门深刻理解因果链关系及因果链上的关键因素(凸显因素),协调制定具体措施、并且不断地因时制宜、因地制宜改进措施,做到中层或者某一业务的计划中。本研究通过对已有文献的系统梳理,平衡考虑各项因素后,首先通过因果逻辑图将战略问题可视化表示,然后对企业的战略逻辑进行分析,以及严密的实证分析对其内部关系进行清楚说明,对其战略逻辑进行检验。依据定位战略以及运营战略,我们以企业长期目标,定位战略以及运营战略之间的逻辑关系为研究对象,并对其逻辑图中连贯性、中心性、复杂性内容的体系构建战略逻辑检验体系,并结合定性研究与量化研究对其检验体系与检验方法进行研究。通过多案例研究的方法,选取星巴克以及浪潮集团作为研究对象,对公司内外资料及其他宣传资料、文件制度资料以及上市公司数据等所呈现的内容进行解码分析,对上述命题进行了验证。通过案例研究,检验了本研究所建立的战略逻辑检验体系以及检验方法,同时,多案例研究增加了案例的多样性,验证了本研究的检验体系和检验方法,案例之间相互佐证。主要创新点有:首先,提出了系统的战略逻辑检验方法,以往有关战略逻辑研究的文章大多是以质性研究为主,鲜有研究对战略逻辑进行检验,更没有相对应的检验方法。其次,将战略逻辑可视化,在对企业战略可视化的过程中,我们在因果映射分析方法的基础上增加了因果映射分析表,通过图表的形式清晰的描绘出因果关系。最后,系统地对企业进行了战略逻辑检验。
[Abstract]:Strategy is faced with unknown, future problems, the future is uncertain, the immediate phenomenon is changing every day, and the strategic logic will not change easily. By analyzing its social and economic environment and resources, the enterprise has formulated its own development strategy, but this does not clearly describe how to achieve the strategic objectives. Most enterprises' strategic system index relationship is not very clear, what is more, it is even chaotic, the clear enterprise strategic logic is very important to its development. Nanmu Jian (2012) thought that establishing strategic logic, no need to limit a unified time period, do not plan specific measures, do not separate to the various departments, It is only necessary for all departments to understand the causality and the key factors in the causal chain (highlight factors), coordinate and formulate specific measures, and constantly adapt to the situation, improve measures to achieve a middle level or a business plan. Through the systematic analysis of the existing literature, after considering various factors in balance, the paper firstly visualizes the strategic problem through causality logic diagram, and then analyzes the strategic logic of the enterprise. And a rigorous empirical analysis of its internal relations are clearly explained, its strategic logic is tested. According to the positioning strategy and the operation strategy, we study the logical relationship among the long-term goal, positioning strategy and operation strategy of the enterprise, and analyze the coherence and centrality of the logic diagram. The complexity of the content of the system of strategic logic test system, and qualitative research and quantitative research on its testing system and test methods are studied. Through the method of multi-case study, we select Starbucks and Tide Group as the research object, and decode and analyze the contents of the information inside and outside the company and other propaganda materials, document system information and listed company data. The above propositions are verified. Through the case study, the paper tests the strategic logic test system and the test method established by this research. At the same time, the multi-case study increases the diversity of cases, and verifies the test system and test method of this study. The main innovations are as follows: first of all, a systematic method of strategic logic testing is put forward. In the past, most of the articles about strategic logic are mainly qualitative studies, and few studies have tested strategic logic, let alone the corresponding testing methods. Secondly, the strategic logic is visualized. In the process of enterprise strategy visualization, we add the causality mapping analysis table on the basis of causality mapping analysis method, and draw the causality clearly through the form of chart. Finally, the strategic logic test of the enterprise is carried out systematically.
