安徽省新型城镇化质量评价研究

【摘要】：本文基于新型城镇化的内涵,采用德尔菲法,构建城镇化质量评价指标体系,继而对安徽省十六个地级市进行城镇化质量评价。合肥市以81.05分居首位,而六安以54.44分居末,总体来说,各市之间差距较大,在地区分布上则是皖南各项指标普遍优于皖中,皖北最低。安徽各市在土地利用和发展动力方面差距极大,在生态建设方面差距最小,但总体都不高。同时针对安徽省城镇化发展存在的问题提出若干建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the connotation of new urbanization, this paper constructs the urbanization quality evaluation index system by Delphi method, and then evaluates the urbanization quality of 16 prefectural cities in Anhui Province. On the whole, there is a large gap among the cities, and the regional distribution is that the indexes of southern Anhui are generally superior to those of the middle of Anhui, and the lowest in the north of Anhui. The differences between the cities in land use and development are great, and the differences in ecological construction are the smallest. However, the overall situation is not high. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward for the development of urbanization in Anhui Province.
