民众低碳需求与企业低碳生产联动推进机制的构建

【摘要】:随着中国工业化和城镇化进程的加速,中国正面临资源枯竭、生态环境恶化等问题。近年来,中国城乡居民收入不断提高,生活消费理念也发生了变化,对绿色食品、绿色家居、绿色服装、节能环保家电等低碳、环保产品的消费需求与日递增。可以说,低碳环保正在成为主流社会认同的价值观念,并成为引导未来消费的重要趋势。在市场经济条件下,企业应当积极顺应民众消费需求的变化,立足民众消费需求来安排生产,推进企业的转型升级。为此,政府和企业应当共同努力,立足民众的低碳需求,构建起民众低碳需求与企业低碳生产的联动推进机制,在满足民众低碳消费需求的同时,推进企业生产技术、生产工艺等的转型升级,以低碳生产培育企业核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of China's industrialization and urbanization, China is facing problems such as the depletion of resources and the deterioration of the ecological environment. In recent years, the income of Chinese urban and rural residents has been increasing, and the concept of living and consumption has also changed. Green home, green clothing, energy-saving and environment-friendly appliances and other low-carbon, environmental protection products consumption demand and increasing. It can be said that low-carbon environmental protection is becoming the mainstream social identity of values, Under the condition of market economy, enterprises should actively adapt to the changes of consumer demand, arrange production based on consumer demand, and promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. The government and enterprises should work together to build a linkage mechanism between the low carbon demand of the people and the low carbon production of enterprises, and promote the enterprise production technology while satisfying the low carbon consumption demand of the people. The transformation and upgrading of production technology, low-carbon production to cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises.
