安徽人力资本与经济发展方式动态关系:多维度再检验

【摘要】：人力资本作为影响社会经济发展的重要因素,在经济发展方式转变过程中起着不可替代的作用。文章通过构建反映人力资本存量和经济发展方式转变水平的评价指标体系,利用安徽省1995-2014年统计数据,运用协整检验和VEC模型等计量分析方法,对人力资本与经济发展方式转变之间的长短期动态关系进行实证分析。研究表明:安徽省人力资本存量与经济发展方式转变水平之间存在长期均衡关系;人力资本是经济发展方式转变的Granger原因,经济发展方式转变也是人力资本存量提升的Granger原因;从短期来看,安徽省人力资本与经济发展方式转变之间互相影响,且两者之间从短期波动到长期均衡主要靠人力资本存量的增加来调整。
[Abstract]:As an important factor affecting the development of social economy, human capital plays an irreplaceable role in the process of changing the mode of economic development. Based on the statistical data of Anhui Province from 1995 to 2014, we use the co-integration test and VEC model to analyze the data. The long-term and short-term dynamic relationship between human capital and the change of economic development mode is empirically analyzed. The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the stock of human capital and the level of economic development mode change in Anhui Province; Human capital is the Granger reason for the transformation of the mode of economic development, and the change of the mode of economic development is also the reason for the increase of the stock of human capital. In the short term, the human capital and the transformation of the mode of economic development in Anhui Province interact with each other. And the short-term fluctuation to long-term equilibrium is mainly adjusted by the increase of human capital stock.
