目前我国就业市场存在的风险与应对策略

【摘要】:今年以来,我国就业形势基本平稳,但劳动力总体供求矛盾、部分行业风险上升、区域差异加剧、"机器换人"影响、青年就业困难等问题不能轻视。总体上看,我国保持就业稳定具有良好的基础和条件。为使就业"底盘"更趋稳固,需妥善安置去产能下岗职工,强化公共就业服务,切实支持创业创新,抓好重点人群就业。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of this year, the employment situation in China has been basically stable, but the overall contradiction between supply and demand of labor force, the rise of risks in some industries, the aggravation of regional differences, the influence of "machine replacement" and the difficulties of youth employment should not be ignored.Overall, our country maintains the employment stability to have the good foundation and the condition.In order to make the "chassis" of employment more stable, it is necessary to properly place laid-off workers and staff with production capacity, strengthen public employment services, earnestly support pioneering innovation, and do a good job for key people.
