BE物流公司人力资源管理流程再造的研究

【摘要】:在企业进行内部机制改革的过程中,部分企业的人力资源管理流程显现了相当多的与当前企业面临的市场形势不适应的问题,这些问题如不能得到及时有效的解决,将在今后相当长的一段时间内制约着企业的改革发展稳定。人力资源管理的重要性也越来越被中国的企业所认识,但从流程的角度研究人力资源管理活动,从流程再造层面进行企业人力资源管理改良和创新的研究少之又少,在当今乃至未来都制约了企业的发展和创新。由于种种原因限制和影响,目前BE物流公司的人力资源管理活动缺乏先进理论的指导,公司改革发展的要求人力资源管理流程是具备全面性、整体性和一致性的活动流程,现行人力资源管理流程难以发挥出应有的作用,人力资源部处于被边缘化的地位。种种现象表明,BE物流公司的人力资源管理流程需要进行一次再造。论文在对企业流程再造理论和人力资源管理理论相结合论述的基础上,指出人力资源是企业运营的重要资源,人力资源管理是企业创造核心竞争力的战略基础之一,对BE物流公司进行了人力资源管理制度规划和执行流程的诊断,在原有流程的基础上,抓住人力资源管理流程的关键环节,提出了自己的人力资源管理流程再造设计方案,建立健全了BE物流公司的人力资管理流程,形成人力资管理流程体系,进一步对人力资管理流程进行闭环管理,并提出实施步骤和效果评价的方法。
[Abstract]:In the process of enterprise internal mechanism reform, some enterprises' human resource management process shows quite a lot of problems that are not suitable to the current market situation, if these problems can not be solved in a timely and effective manner. Will be in the future quite a long period of time to restrict the development of reform and stability of enterprises. The importance of human resource management is more and more recognized by Chinese enterprises, but the research on human resource management activities from the point of view of process, and the improvement and innovation of enterprise human resources management from the aspect of process reengineering are few and far between. In the present and even in the future has restricted the development and innovation of enterprises. Due to various reasons, the human resource management activities of be logistics company lack the guidance of advanced theory. The human resource management process is a comprehensive, holistic and consistent activity process, which is required by the company's reform and development. The current human resources management process is difficult to play its due role, and the human resources department is marginalized. All kinds of phenomena indicate that the human resource management process of be logistics company needs to be remade. On the basis of the combination of the theory of business process reengineering and the theory of human resource management, the paper points out that human resource is an important resource for enterprise operation, and human resource management is one of the strategic bases for enterprises to create core competitiveness. In this paper, the human resource management system planning and execution process diagnosis of be logistics company is carried out. On the basis of the original process, the key link of the human resource management process is grasped, and the design scheme of the human resources management process reengineering is put forward. The human capital management process of be logistics company is established and perfected, the human capital management process system is formed, the closed-loop management of the human capital management process is further carried out, and the implementation steps and the method of effect evaluation are put forward.
