绿色增长效率及其空间溢出——基于中国主要城市的经验分析

【摘要】:使用SBM方向性距离函数和Malmquist-Luenberger指数,测算并分解了中国66个城市的绿色全要素生产率(TFP),并运用空间杜宾模型探讨其空间溢出效应。研究认为:前沿技术进步是绿色TFP增长的主要贡献因素,而环境技术效率的改善却比较滞后;66个城市的绿色TFP显示出较大的地区差异,但是存在空间溢出;其中人力资本对绿色TFP的增长不仅具有空间溢出效应,也具有明显的本地促进效应,而RD仅具有空间溢出效应,本地促进效应并不明显。
[Abstract]:Using SBM directional distance function and Malmquist-Luenberger index, the green total factor productivity (TFP) of 66 cities in China is calculated and decomposed, and the spatial spillover effect is discussed by using spatial Doberbin model. The research shows that: the advance of technology is the main contribution factor of green TFP growth, but the improvement of environmental technical efficiency lags behind, the green TFP of 66 cities shows great regional differences, but there is spatial spillover. Human capital not only has spatial spillover effect on green TFP growth, but also has obvious local promotion effect, while Rd has only spatial spillover effect, but local promotion effect is not obvious.
