新型城镇化背景下旧城改造建设方案评价

【摘要】：中共十八大明确提出我国要走新型城镇化的发展道路,旧城改造属于新型城镇化的一项重要内容。为解决旧城改造建设方案的选取问题,首先构建旧城改造建设方案的评价指标体系,通过AHP-熵权法对各项指标的权重进行计算并与模糊综合评价法相结合,对旧城改造建设方案进行了评价。最后通过实例来进行论证该方法的科学性和合理性,具有工程实用的价值。
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that our country should take the road of new-type urbanization, and the transformation of old city is an important part of new-type urbanization. In order to solve the problem of selecting the old city reconstruction and construction scheme, the evaluation index system of the old city reconstruction construction scheme is first constructed. The weight of each index is calculated by the AHP- entropy method and combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The reconstruction and construction plan of the old city is evaluated. Finally, it is proved that the method is scientific and reasonable through an example, which is of practical engineering value.
