谱尼测试深圳公司技术人员培训体系的构建

【摘要】:目前,第三方检验检测行业正处于高速成长期,对检验检测技术人才的争夺非常激烈。企业通过培训增强自身人力资本竞争优势,实现公司发展战略目标,成为公司永葆竞争优势的重要途径和必需手段。本文以谱尼测试深圳公司技术人员培训工作为研究内容,应用人力资源管理理论中有关培训的理论知识,采用文献分析法、问卷调查法、统计调查法等对公司技术人员培训的现有流程进行了系统深入的分析,发现存在的问题并分析其原因,然后,结合公司运营的实际情况,构建谱尼测试深圳公司技术人员培训体系。该技术人员培训体系包括5部分,第一是完善公司组织结构,成立培训部专门负责公司培训工作;第二是制定技术人员培训体系构建流程,并规定此流程各环节的具体要求和要达到的预期目标;第三是建立技术人员培训计划制定流程、技术人员培训计划实施流程和技术人员培训评估流程,真正做到技术人员培训工作中的每项任务都规范严谨;第四是根据技术人员培训制度体系、问卷调查分析结果、技术人员岗位相关标准要求和培训目标等内容,设计技术人员各岗位培训的具体课程内容,以满足不同层次技术人员的培训需求;第五是根据技术人员培训体系的执行情况,获得技术人员培训实施过程中出现的具体问题,分析其原因,并制定相应的预防措施或纠正措施,防止同类问题再次发生,以促进技术人员培训体系的持续改进。谱尼测试深圳公司将面临检测技术人才不足或流失的风险。因此,公司技术人才的获得更多地要依靠公司内部的发掘和培养,通过设计一套具有较强针对性、实用性、有效性、可行性的技术人员培训体系,并建立和完善培训动力机制和培训激励约束机制等保障措施体系,保证为公司培养一批技术水平高、操作技能强、职业素质过硬且适应市场变化发展的技术人员队伍。

In this paper, the training of technical personnel of Shenzhen company is studied by using Boni test, applying the theory knowledge of human resource management theory, using literature analysis method and questionnaire method. The statistical investigation method and so on have carried on the system thorough analysis to the company technical personnel training present process, discovered the existence question and analyzed its reason, then, unifies the company to operate the actual situation, Build the training system of technical personnel of Shenzhen company. The technical personnel training system consists of five parts. The first is to perfect the organizational structure of the company, and the training department should be set up to be responsible for the training work of the company. The second is to formulate the process of constructing the technical personnel training system. And specify the specific requirements and expected objectives to be achieved in each link of the process; third, establish the technical personnel training plan development process, technical personnel training plan implementation process and technical personnel training evaluation process, the third is to establish the technical personnel training plan development process, the technical personnel training plan implementation process and the technical personnel training appraisal process, It is true that every task in the training of technical personnel is standardized and rigorous. Fourth, according to the system of technical personnel training system, the results of questionnaire survey and analysis, the requirements of relevant standards and training objectives for technical personnel, and so on, Design the specific course contents of the technical personnel's post training in order to meet the training needs of the different levels of technical personnel; fifth, according to the implementation of the technical personnel training system, obtain the specific problems in the process of the technical personnel training implementation, The causes are analyzed and the corresponding preventive measures or corrective measures are made to prevent the recurrence of similar problems so as to promote the continuous improvement of the technical personnel training system.
