关于PPP模式在基础设施建设中规范化运行的思考

【摘要】：PPP模式在发达国家是一个成熟的公共供给模式,在国内正式提出没多久。该模式作为一个新生事物,固然有着自身的优势,但也存在着一些不成熟之处。通过详细介绍该模式的概念和特征,发现该模式在实际运行中存在一些问题,探究问题的解决方案,给予一些可行性的建议,并对该模式的未来进行展望。
[Abstract]:The PPP model is a mature public supply model in developed countries, and it has not long been put forward in the country. As a new thing, this model has its own advantages, but there are some immature places. In this paper, the concept and characteristics of the model are introduced in detail, and it is found that the model has some problems in the actual operation, the solution of the inquiry problem, some feasible suggestions, and the future of the model.
