基于因子分析的农业类上市公司盈利能力评价

【摘要】：正随着我国经济继续深入地向前发展,农业增效、农民增收这两个目标日益凸显。由于农业类上市公司作为农业和农村经济发展实力的风向标,对于促进农业增效、农民增收具有重大的实际意义,因此对于农业类上市公司绩效的研究日益成为学者们研究的热点。基于此,本文将利用因子分析的方法,建立相应的指标体系,以期找到影响农业类上市公司盈利能力的主要因子,并作出相关分析,希望对提高农业类上市公司的盈利能力具有一定的借鉴意义。一、研究设计(一)样本选取及数据来源根据新浪财经网披露的数据,并依据证监会发布的《上市公司行业分类指引》目录,截止2011年
[Abstract]:With the further development of economy in our country, the two goals of increasing agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers' income are becoming more and more prominent.As agricultural listed companies are the vane of agricultural and rural economic development strength, it is of great practical significance to promote agricultural efficiency and increase farmers' income.Therefore, the research on the performance of agricultural listed companies has become a hot spot of scholars.Based on this, this paper will use the method of factor analysis, set up the corresponding index system, in order to find out the main factors that affect the profitability of agricultural listed companies, and make relevant analysis.Hope to improve the profitability of agricultural listed companies have a certain reference significance.1.
