中小房地产企业员工绩效考评的研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国房地产企业发展遇到一系列的困境,给房地产企业的发展带来了一定影响,使得员工绩效考评体系无法有效实施。如何将员工个体的目标和企业的目标有机地整合协调起来,通过绩效考评提高中小企业的竞争力是我国中小企业走向健康发展的重要内容。 本文主要通过使用文献研究法和调查研究法,对湖南HN公司的员工绩效考评进行研究。在文中,首先介绍了员工绩效考评的相关理论,在此基础上,从考评目的、考评原则、考评参与人、考评内容、考评周期、考评等级、考评与薪酬等几个方面对湖南HN公司的绩效考评体系现状进行了总结,并提出了该公司在绩效考评体系方面存在的主要问题。接下来,在准确性、满意性和可衡量性的原则下,对湖南HN公司的员工绩效考评体系进行了改进,主要是对考评目的、考评参与人、考评周期、考评等级与薪酬、考评监督制度额考评结果反馈等方面进行了改进与优化。 员工是企业最大的财富,企业之间的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,人力资源的开发和运用将决定企业的发展前途。房地产企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出,除了资金面上的支持,人力资源将是重要因素。本文对湖南HN公司的员工绩效考评体系进行了研究和改进设计,符合企业组织战略发展需要、能有效提高企业组织管理效率,符合员工个体管理开发的需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of real estate enterprises in China has encountered a series of difficulties, which has brought a certain impact to the development of real estate enterprises, which makes the employee performance evaluation system can not be effectively implemented.How to integrate the individual goal of the employee and the goal of the enterprise organically, and how to improve the competitiveness of the small and medium-sized enterprises through the performance evaluation is an important content for the healthy development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.This paper studies the employee performance evaluation of Hunan HN Company by using literature research method and investigation research method.In this paper, we first introduce the relevant theory of employee performance evaluation, on this basis, from the purpose of the evaluation, evaluation principles, evaluation participants, evaluation content, appraisal cycle, evaluation grade,This paper summarizes the present situation of the performance appraisal system of Hunan HN Company and puts forward the main problems in the performance appraisal system of Hunan HN Company.Then, under the principle of accuracy, satisfaction and measurability, the performance evaluation system of Hunan HN Company is improved, mainly for the purpose, participants, period, rating and salary.The evaluation supervision system has been improved and optimized in the aspects of feedback of evaluation results and so on.The employee is the biggest wealth of the enterprise, the competition among the enterprises is the competition of the talented person in the final analysis, the development and utilization of the human resource will decide the development future of the enterprise.Real estate companies want to stand out in the fierce market competition, in addition to the financial support, human resources will be an important factor.In this paper, the employee performance evaluation system of Hunan HN Company has been studied and improved, which meets the needs of the development of enterprise organizational strategy, and can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise organization management and meet the needs of individual management development of employees.
