本土化政策对津巴布韦投资环境的影响

【摘要】：本土化是津布韦穆加贝政府提出的一项重要经济政策,旨在消除殖民主义影响,将资源和经济主权掌握在本国手中。该政策的核心是外资企业必须将51%以上的股份转让或者预留给津巴布韦本地人,并为此制定通过了《本土化与经济授权法》等一系列法律法规。2007年至今,本土化政策在备受争议和诟病中走过了10年历程,本文考察了津巴布韦本土化政策的背景、具体内容、实施情况,并对本土化政策对津巴布韦投资环境的影响进行分析。
[Abstract]:Localization is an important economic policy put forward by the government of Zinbwe Mugabe aimed at eliminating the influence of colonialism and holding resources and economic sovereignty in their own hands. The core of the policy is that foreign companies must transfer or reserve more than 51% of their shares to local Zimbabweans, and have enacted a series of laws and regulations, such as the Localization and Economic Authorization Act, since 2007. The localization policy has gone through a period of 10 years in the controversy and criticism. This paper examines the background, specific content, implementation of Zimbabwe localization policy, and analyzes the impact of the localization policy on Zimbabwe investment environment.
