全球价值链下我国电信运营商对外直接投资策略及区位选择研究

【摘要】：经济全球化与区域经济一体化的发展，要求我国企业“走出去”并积极嵌入全球价值链。我国电信企业作为国民经济基础产业，同样需要通过嵌入全球价值链来提高企业的核心竞争力和国际影响力。电信运营商在电信价值链中处于主导地位，其“走出去”对于电信行业，乃至整个国民经济发展都具有重要意义。从电信运营业内部来看，近年来我国电信运营市场逐渐饱和，增速放缓，运营商需要放眼全球，寻求更广阔的发展空间。对外直接投资是企业嵌入全球价值链最主要的实现方式之一，也是目前我国运营商进行国际化的重要途径。本文从全球价值链的角度，分析我国电信运营商对外直接投资过程的现状与发展，并重点分析我国运营商对外直接投资的方式和区位选择，总结对外直接投资的相关策略。文章共有七个章节，层层递进，采用定量与定性相结合的方法，主要研究全球价值链下我国电信运营商对外直接投资策略及区位分析。第一章是绪论部分，重点对全文的背景、意义、方法、结构及创新点等进行阐述；第二章综述部分介绍了研究的理论基础，详细述叙全球价值链理论和对外直接投资理论；第三章介绍了电信价值链条上主要参与者嵌入全球价值链的现状，，阐述运营商嵌入全球价值链的可行性和必要性；第四章介绍了目前我国企业，特别是电信企业对外直接投资背景；第五、六章是文章重点，对电信运营商对外直接投资方式选择、区位选择进行定性和定量分析，并得出运营商对外直接投资策略；第七章对文章进行了总结，提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:The development of economic globalization and regional economic integration requires Chinese enterprises to "go out" and actively embed the global value chain. It is also necessary to enhance the core competitiveness and international influence of enterprises by embedding global value chains. Even the development of the whole national economy is of great significance. In recent years, the telecom operation market in our country is gradually saturated and the growth rate is slowing down, so the operators need to look around the world and seek for a broader development space. OFDI is one of the most important ways for enterprises to embed global value chain, and it is also an important way for Chinese operators to internationalize. This paper analyzes the current situation and development of foreign direct investment (FDI) of telecom operators in China, analyzes the mode and location choice of FDI, and summarizes the relevant strategies of FDI. There are seven chapters, layer by layer, using quantitative and qualitative methods to study the FDI strategy and location analysis of Chinese telecom operators under the global value chain. The first chapter is the introduction. The background, significance, method, structure and innovation of the thesis are expounded in the second chapter, the theoretical basis of the research is introduced, and the theory of global value chain and foreign direct investment are described in detail. The third chapter introduces the current situation of the main participants in the telecom value chain embedded in the global value chain, expounds the feasibility and necessity of operators embedding the global value chain, and chapter 4th introduces the current Chinese enterprises. In particular, the background of foreign direct investment of telecom enterprises; 5th, six chapters are the focus of the article, the choice of foreign direct investment mode and location of telecom operators are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and the strategy of foreign direct investment of telecom operators is obtained. Chapter 7th summarizes the article and puts forward relevant suggestions.
