C移动公司终端寄售制库存管理模式研究

【摘要】：随着现代市场需求的多样化，用户需求越来越个性化，库存管理的问题日益重要。在这种情况下，库存管理理论和寄售制库存管理模式逐步发展起来，成为供应链上的重要一环。在最初，寄售制模式主要应用于国际代理贸易，但随着市场及营销模式的发展，许多行业（如家电卖场）都引入寄售制库存管理模式，寄售制库存管理模式的应用也越来越广。本文以寄售制库存管理模式为主要脉络，结合C移动公司手机终端库存管理的现状和主要问题，得出了C移动公司在手机终端寄售模式下的库存策略。并对安全库存值和再订货点进行了分析，得出了C移动公司各类营业厅的安全库存值和再订货点。通过对C移动公司手机终端库存管理模式进行分析和研究，发现在C移动公司的手机终端库存管理模式中，存在着需求提出环节、采购环节、物流配送环节、库存管理环节等主要影响因素。在分析各环节对库存管理策略影响的基础上，结合库存管理和寄售制库存管理相关理论和技术方法，对C移动公司营业厅和手机终端类型进行了分类，，得出了不同类别下营业厅的库存管理策略。从C移动公司手机终端寄售制库存管理实行果来看，C移动公司在采购决策环节、物流配送环节、库存管理环节等方面解决决了C移动公司手机终端库存管理曾经面临的诸如采购决策慢、物流配送能力差、库存管理落后等问题。在满足客户对手机终端需求随机化、差异化方面取得了积极的效果，初步形成了适应市场需求的库存管理模式，取得了一定的市场竞争的优势。
[Abstract]:With the diversification of modern market demand, user demand becomes more and more individualized, and the problem of inventory management becomes more and more important. In this case, the theory of inventory management and consignment inventory management model are gradually developed. In the beginning, consignment system was mainly used in international agency trade, but with the development of market and marketing model, many industries (such as home appliance stores) introduced consignment inventory management model. Consignment system inventory management model is also more and more widely used. In this paper, the consignment inventory management model is the main context, combined with C mobile phone terminal inventory management status and main problems, The inventory strategy of C Mobile Company under the mode of mobile terminal consignment is obtained, and the safe storage value and reorder point are analyzed, and the safe storage value and reorder point of all kinds of business halls of C Mobile Company are obtained. Through the analysis and research on the inventory management mode of mobile phone terminal in C Mobile Company, it is found that in the inventory management mode of mobile phone terminal in C Mobile Company, there are demand raising links, procurement links, logistics and distribution links. On the basis of analyzing the influence of each link on the inventory management strategy, combining the theories and technical methods of inventory management and consignment inventory management, This paper classifies the business hall and the mobile terminal type of C mobile company, and obtains the inventory management strategy of the business hall under different categories. From the perspective of the implementation of consignment inventory management for mobile phone terminals in C Mobile Company, we can see that C Mobile Company is in the process of purchasing decision making, logistics and distribution. In the aspects of inventory management, the problems faced by mobile terminal inventory management in C Mobile Company such as slow purchasing decision, poor logistics and distribution ability, backward inventory management and so on have been resolved. In the aspect of differentiation, the positive effect has been obtained, and the inventory management mode adapting to the market demand has been formed, and the advantage of market competition has been obtained.
