移动互联网时代下我国分享经济治理模式变革、挑战及对策研究

【摘要】：移动互联网时代我国分享经济呈现出良好发展态势,创造出了众多新业态、新模式,为化解产能过剩,带动大众创业、万众创新发挥着积极作用。分享经济作为全新的新经济形态,它的出现给传统治理模式带来了前所未有的变革和挑战。本文从对分享经济带来的组织模式新变革、竞争秩序及格局新变化、行业管理新要求、产权制度新挑战、市场监管领域新变化五个方面出发,深入分析当前我国分享经济发展面临的治理模式变革与挑战,最后提出促进我国分享经济发展治理的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In the era of mobile Internet, China's sharing economy shows a good trend of development, creating many new forms of business, new models, in order to resolve overcapacity and drive the masses to start a business. The sharing economy, as a new economic form, has brought unprecedented changes and challenges to the traditional governance model. Based on the new changes of competition order and pattern, the new requirements of industry management, the new challenges of property right system and the new changes in the field of market supervision, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the changes and challenges of the governance mode facing the development of China's sharing economy. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the governance of shared economic development in China.
