华为公司国际化发展中的技术创新模式分析

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的深入发展,走出国门的中国企业越来越多,面对竞争更加激烈的国际市场,企业必须拥有自己的核心技术,并持续不断地进行技术创新,才能跟上时代的步伐,在国际舞台上走得更远。当今世界,科技的发展日新月异,技术正在深刻改变着世界。我们正在迈入一个智能化的时代,人们渴望更紧密的沟通,联接正在重新定义我们的生活,给我们带来更开放、紧密的合作和更高效的创新。在众多实施国际化发展策略的企业中,以“共建全联接世界”为愿景的华为公司脱颖而出,作为全球领先的信息与通信技术(ICT)解决方案供应商,华为公司在国际化发展中取得了瞩目成绩,在技术创新方面达到世界一流水平,有必要对其技术创新模式进行分析,为其他国际化发展企业提供借鉴。本文基于技术创新模式的相关理论和华为公司的发展现状,分析华为公司国际化发展中的技术创新模式。首先,对技术创新模式的相关理论知识进行介绍,主要分析技术创新的概念,根据技术创新来源不同将技术创新模式分为:模仿创新模式、合作创新模式和自主创新模式,分析企业的技术创新能力与模式选择,企业的国际化发展与技术创新的相互作用。其次,对华为公司国际化发展现状与技术创新现状进行介绍,为下文分析华为公司国际化发展中的技术创新模式打下基础。再次,分析华为公司国际化发展中进行技术创新模式选择的指导思想、影响因素以及基本原则,根据华为公司不同技术创新模式的背景、阶段性特点,对华为公司国际化发展中的三种技术创新模式进行分析。最后,从人力资源管理、研发管理、战略管理、项目管理以及文化管理五个方面分析华为公司国际化发展中技术创新模式的实施策略。文章的最后是本文的启示与结论部分。
