基于SWOT模型的四川省农业信息技术发展现状分析与对策研究

【摘要】：农业信息技术是改变传统农业的重要手段,是一个国家或地区农业现代化和综合实力的重要标志。面对激烈的国内外技术竞争,四川省必须明确自身农业信息技术发展的优劣势,与先进、尖端的信息技术同步,才能在竞争中立于不败之地,实现四川农业经济的跨越式发展。采用SWTO模型对新形势下四川省农业信息技术发展进行了分析。明确了四川农业信息技术在基础设施建设、服务体系、专家决策系统方面的优势,在精准农业、综合人才建设方面的主要障碍。提出了促进四川农业信息技术健康、持续发展的对策措施。
[Abstract]:Agricultural information technology is an important means to change traditional agriculture, is an important symbol of agricultural modernization and comprehensive strength of a country or region. In order to remain invincible in the competition, Sichuan must make clear its advantages and disadvantages in the development of agricultural information technology and keep pace with advanced and cutting-edge information technology. This paper analyzes the development of agricultural information technology in Sichuan province under the new situation by using SWTO model, and clarifies the construction and service system of agricultural information technology in Sichuan province. The advantage of expert decision system is the main obstacle in the construction of precision agriculture and comprehensive talents. The countermeasures and measures to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Sichuan agricultural information technology are put forward.
