【摘要】：随着技术的不断研发和升级换代,网络的功能运用越来越多,且覆盖面越来越广,从而促使网络从以往单一的新闻功能、信息功能应用日益拓展为通信功能、资讯功能、综合服务功能和其它社会功能的全面应用,网络正在从媒体化加速向社会化和体系化转变。网络发展中呈现庞大的舆论生态市场、虚拟社会与现实社会之间的信息落差、网络品格日益强烈和凸显、网络治理法规建设日益紧迫等新特点。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and upgrading of technology, the functions of the network are used more and more, and the coverage is more and more extensive, thus promoting the network from a single news function in the past, the application of information function is increasingly expanded to communication function, information function.With the comprehensive application of service function and other social functions, the network is changing from media to socialization and systematization.In the development of network, there is a huge public opinion ecological market, the information gap between the virtual society and the real society, the increasingly strong and prominent network character, the increasingly urgent construction of network governance laws and regulations, and so on.
