SH公司的CDN业务战略研究

【摘要】:随着互联网的普及和上网条件的改善,人们通过访问网站获取信息已经变得司空见惯,快速更新的网络内容、花样繁多的专业网站吸引着越来越多的人把网络作为得到信息的首选。在视频流媒体出现后,信息的表现形式由呆板的图片、文字,变为了生动的声音影像,真切鲜活的呈现方式带来巨大的感官刺激,人们对于网络的依赖更是欲罢不能。视频网站越来越受欢迎,观看人数也越来越多,然而,不断攀升的访问量引发的直接结果就是网站负荷加重,响应速度缓慢,网络用户对网站服务的抱怨声四起,因此,实现网站的快速访问成为了一个亟待解决的问题。视频网站对快速响应的需求量大而且急迫,CDN(Content Delivery Network,即内容分发网络)技术作为这一难题的绝佳解决方案,此时,开始在互联网行业大行其道,运营CDN业务的公司也争先恐后地出现,市场竞争日趋激烈。本文以CDN业务的迅猛发展为时代背景,选取SH公司作为案例,从企业经营者的角度研究公司CDN业务的战略发展之道。首先,本文陈述CDN技术及其发展历程,说明该项技术在当前历史时期的必要性和重要意义。其次,列举SH公司CDN业务现状以及面临的棘手问题。在后续的章节中,分别运用波特五力模型、PEST模型和SWOT模型对SH公司进行战略分析。最后,结合分析结果和公司现状,给出SH公司战略管理方案。本文得出结论:中国的CDN市场正处在从缺乏规范到制度健全的过渡阶段,新业务带来了许多新机遇,同时,困难与挑战也如影随形。运用战略模型的分析为SH公司制定更加清晰和有针对性的战略规划:参照行业标准规范企业运营,依据发展趋势寻找目标客户,关注技术创新保持企业活力,加强人员管理提高执行效率,善于借助外力筹措企业资金。从SH公司最紧迫和薄弱的环节入手,明确企业的战略目标和计划。本文所举例的SH公司具有行业代表性,SH公司制定的企业战略也具有一定的适用性,可以为市场上的同类型企业提供一些指导意见和管理思路。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of the Internet and the improvement of Internet conditions, it has become commonplace for people to access websites to obtain information.A variety of professional websites attract more and more people to the Internet as the first choice to get information.After the appearance of video streaming media, the expression form of information has changed from rigid picture, text, into vivid sound image, the real and fresh presentation way brings huge sensory stimulation, people's dependence on the network is even more unstoppable.Video sites are becoming more popular and more and more viewed. However, the direct result of the increasing number of visitors is the heavy load on the site, the slow response speed, and the complaints of network users about the website services, so,The implementation of rapid access to the website has become a problem to be solved.Video sites are in great demand for quick response, and the technology of CDN content Delivery Network, or content distribution network, is the perfect solution to this problem, and is beginning to flourish in the Internet industry.Companies operating CDN business are also scrambling to emerge, market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.In this paper, the rapid development of CDN business as the background of the times, select SH company as a case, from the perspective of business operators to study the strategic development of the company's CDN business.First of all, this paper describes the CDN technology and its development process, explains the necessity and significance of this technology in the current historical period.Next, enumerates SH company CDN service present situation as well as faces the thorny question.In the following chapters, Porter's five Force Model pest model and SWOT model are used to analyze SH Company's strategy.Finally, combined with the analysis results and the current situation of the company, the strategic management scheme of SH company is given.This paper concludes that the CDN market in China is in the transitional stage from lack of standard to sound system. The new business brings many new opportunities, and the difficulties and challenges are accompanied by each other.Using the analysis of strategic model, the author makes clear and targeted strategic plan for SH company: standardizing enterprise operation according to industry standard, looking for target customers according to development trend, paying attention to technological innovation to maintain enterprise vitality,Strengthen personnel management to improve implementation efficiency, good at using external forces to raise corporate funds.Start with the most urgent and weak link of SH Company, define the strategic goal and plan of the enterprise.The SH company in this paper has some applicability, which can provide some guidance and management ideas for the same type of enterprises in the market.
