某运营商集中集团客户业务支撑系统建设项目风险管理研究

【摘要】:随着国内电信市场竞争程度的日益加剧,各运营商之间对通信客户的争夺日趋激烈。集团客户是通信客户的重要组成部分,是电信全业务竞争的主战场之一,是国内三家运营商的争夺重点。成功的集团客户业务发展既是发展优质用户的有力武器,也是维系客户群体的重要堡垒,只有成功地发展大量集团客户,并成功地维系住这些客户,才能确保业务收入的稳定增长,稳步扩大市场份额。某运营商是国内通信业务涵盖最全的运营商,覆盖了从移动业务到固网业务的各个方面,集团客户业务是某运营商进行市场突破、打造竞争优势的着力点之一,公司领导层对集团客户业务的发展极为重视。为了更好地支撑集团客户业务发展,集中集团客户业务支撑系统的建设被提上了议事日程。 本文结合项目风险控制知识的学习和积累,利用相关风险控制的研究方法、工具对某运营商集中集团客户业务支撑系统建设项目存在的风险进行识别、分析。通过针对该系统项目建设自身的项目特性进行风险控制管理,降低项目实施过程中的风险。 本文通过对某运营商集中集团客户业务支撑系统项目建设案例的研究,提出类似项目实施过程中可能进行的风险识别、评估以及应对策略,通过在项目实施过程中有效地对风险进行控制,降低项目风险可能为项目带来的危害。为同类系统建设提供风险控制、管理方面的经验分享和参考。
[Abstract]:Along with the domestic telecommunications market competition, competition for customers of communication among operators is becoming increasingly fierce. Customer group is an important part of customer communication, is one of the main battlefield of full service competition, is the key for the three domestic carriers. A powerful weapon of success group business development is the development of high-quality user the fortress is also important to maintain customer groups, only the successful development of a large number of customers, and successfully attached dimension these customers, in order to ensure the steady growth of business income, expanding market share. An operator is the communications business covers most of the operators, ranging from mobile services to all aspects of fixed network business the group's customer service is an operator of market breakthrough, one of the focal point to create competitive advantage, the leadership of the company on the development of the group's business is very heavy In order to better support the development of the group customer business, the construction of the centralized group customer business support system has been put on the agenda.
This combination of learning and the accumulation of knowledge of project risk control, using the related research methods of risk control, the tool of an operator group's customer service identification, risk analysis support system construction project risk control through project management. According to the characteristics of the system of the project itself, reduce the risk of the project implementation process.
Based on the group's customer service system construction project focused on a case support operators, risk identification may be raised in the process of project implementation, assessment and coping strategies, by effectively in the project implementation process of risk control, reduce the project risk for the project may bring harm. Provide the risk control for the same system construction, management experience and reference.
