互联网时代的新生产函数

【摘要】：互联网技术创新作为一种具有深远影响的创造性破坏技术,引发了生产系统的重大变革。本文基于生产函数构建基本分析框架,尝试进行互联网时代生产规则特性及其产生原因的分析。研究结果显示,互联网技术创新首先引发生产技术条件的变革,基于互联网基础设施的普遍安装,形成了"任意对象和信息的数字化"、"任意信息的普遍连接"和"海量信息的存储和计算"的一般性生产条件。在此生产条件之下,生产要素虚拟化发展,并产生新的关键生产要素——大数据;大规模网络化协同成为新的生产组织模式。最终投入产出关系发生新变化,生产率得以大幅提升,新的生产函数产生,开启颠覆产业系统的新时代。把握互联网时代新生产函数的特点,对我国在新常态新经济背景下促进经济发展,特别是推动供给侧改革具有重要启示。
[Abstract]:Internet technology innovation, as a kind of creative destruction technology with profound influence, has caused a great change in production system.Based on the basic analysis framework of production function, this paper attempts to analyze the characteristics of production rules and their causes in the Internet era.The research results show that the innovation of Internet technology first leads to the change of production technological conditions, based on the widespread installation of Internet infrastructure.The general production conditions of "digitization of arbitrary objects and information", "universal connection of arbitrary information" and "storage and calculation of mass information" are formed.Under this production condition, the production factor virtualization develops, and produces the new key production factor big data, the large-scale network cooperation becomes the new production organization pattern.Finally, new changes take place in input-output relationship, productivity is greatly improved, new production function is produced, and a new era of subversion of industrial system is opened.To grasp the characteristics of the new production function in the Internet era has important implications for China to promote economic development under the new normal and new economic background, especially to promote supply-side reform.
