智慧城市建设社会风险分析及防范策略探究

【摘要】：全球化、信息化与城市化已日渐成为重塑现代社会的三大力量。在此大背景下,智慧城市建设也愈发成为我国未来城市建设、发展与转型的重要方向之一。然而,现代社会是风险社会,风险作为一种不确定性因素,势必影响智慧城市建设的各个环节:数据安全风险、资金持续投入风险、政策配套与政策体系不完善风险及非制度性风险等。为此,应通过加大财政投入,加强信息安全机制建设;注重防范非制度因素,提升社会信任度;积极发展智慧产业,完善相关配套政策等一系列举措来有效防范智慧城市建设中的社会风险。
[Abstract]:Globalization, informatization and urbanization have become the three forces to reshape the modern society.Under this background, the construction of intelligent city has become one of the important directions of urban construction, development and transformation in the future of our country.However, modern society is a risk society. As an uncertain factor, risk will inevitably affect every link in the construction of intelligent city: the risk of data security, the risk of continuous investment of funds,Policy supporting and policy system imperfect risk and non-institutional risk and so on.To this end, we should strengthen the construction of information security mechanisms by increasing financial input, pay attention to preventing non-institutional factors, enhance social trust, and actively develop intelligent industries.Improve relevant supporting policies and other measures to effectively prevent social risks in the construction of intelligent cities.
