互联网经济发展对浙江经济转型的影响研究

【摘要】：自中国全功能接入国际互联网以来,浙江一直充当着互联网及相关产业的排头兵和探索者,成为中国当前互联网产业的主要汇聚地之一。回顾浙江经济的发展历程,可以发现浙江经济的腾飞与互联网经济的发展有着千丝万缕的联系,互联网经济在推动浙江经济发展的同时,对加快经济转型也起到了关键作用。本文内容主要包含四个部分,第一部分主要是对互联网经济和区域经济转型的相关基础理论进行介绍。首先对互联网经济的含义、发展阶段、分类及特征进行了论述,然后就区域经济转型的含义和分析框架进行了介绍,为本文在区域经济转型的框架下分析互联网经济与浙江经济转型的关系提供了一种方法;第二部分主要就互联网经济推动区域经济转型的相关原理进行分析。从互联网的三个基本定律出发,说明其成长速度快的内在原因;通过分析互联网经济的正外部性和公益性,说明了互联网经济可以给其他行业带来积极作用,提高社会的整体收益的机理;然后探讨了互联网经济的锁定现象和马太效应,说明浙江拥有的发展优势,能为浙江经济发展带来源源不断的动力;最后得出互联网经济具有边际效益递增的规律,说明互联网经济具有传统经济所不具备的优势,是转变经济发展方式,实现经济转型的重要倚仗;第三部分是通过经济转型分析框架,分析互联网经济发展对浙江经济转型的影响。首先对浙江经济转型的历程进行了回顾,大致将其划分为四个阶段,并指出当前浙江经济正处于信息化这一新的转型过程中;然后从发展动力、经济结构、经济体制及与社会发展协同性方面归纳了当前浙江经济转型过程中所遇到的难题及其原因;最后就互联网经济发展对浙江经济转型的影响进行了分析;第四部分是通过实证方法进行检验。本章运用面板模型,在探讨资本、劳动、教育、科技、城市化水平、对外开放程度等相关控制变量对浙江经济转型的影响的同时,着重分析互联网经济的发展对于浙江经济转型的影响,得出互联网经济对推动浙江经济转型有明显正向作用的结论,并分析相关作用机理。就理论价值方面来说,目前关于互联网经济的研究比较分散,并没有形成一个统一的理论框架。本文试图在浙江经济转型的理论与实践的背景下研究互联网经济对于区域经济转型升级的作用,并运用数量分析的方法解释互联网经济的发展对推进浙江经济转型的影响程度,从而在一定程度上丰富已有的理论体系。而在实用价值方面,随着经济下行压力的逐渐增大,各地区经济的发展也受到了很大的影响,转变经济发展方式、提高经济效率、实现产业升级和经济转型的要求越来越迫切。中国各地纷纷开始探索调整产业结构、实现经济转型的发展路径,互联网经济的崛起正好为其提供了一个契机。本文关于两者关系的研究对于浙江及其他地区能更好地利用互联网经济以及相关政策的制定具有一定的参考作用。
