基于双边市场结构特征的云服务运营模式的选择

【摘要】：云服务产业具有双边平台结构特征,能够产生直接网络外部性与交叉网络外部性。在初期阶段,云服务供应商适合选择"SaaS服务+PaaS平台"运营模式,利用高质量的SaaS服务与价格渗透来吸引更多的用户,从而获得必要的用户基础;在成熟阶段,PaaS供应商则适合选择"PaaS平台+IaaS服务"运营模式,采取标准化战略与倾斜价格战略,对用户收取一定费用,而对SaaS供应商则实施价格补贴。
[Abstract]:Cloud service industry has the characteristics of bilateral platform structure, which can produce direct network externalities and cross-network externalities.In the initial stage, the cloud service provider is suitable to choose the "SaaS service PaaS platform" operation mode, make use of the high quality SaaS service and the price permeate to attract more users, thus obtain the necessary user base;In the mature stage, the PaaS supplier is suitable to choose the "PaaS platform IaaS service" operation mode, adopt the standardized strategy and the inclined price strategy, charge a certain fee to the user, and implement the price subsidy to the SaaS supplier.
