中国电信运营商市场环境分析与竞争策略研究

【摘要】:全球电信市场增长速度呈现明显下降趋势,IDC等机构预测未来4年全球电信市场收入增长率将下降2-3%。2006-2012年全球移动、固定、互联网等主要电信业务收入的增长速度都明显放缓。本选题阐述了当前我国电信行业发展现状和融合趋势,分析国内外电信运营商低增长、管道化的原因,对电信运营商原有策略进行回顾,并对中国电信市场环境进行分析,借鉴发达国家电信运营商发展中的问题解决方法,积极准备4G运营,以差异化策略、低成本高效运营与拓展蓝海作为策略的主要方向,提出了电信运营商在客户、产品、资费、渠道、集团等方面的具体策略。 本文力图帮助移动运营商探寻通信行业的发展与变革中的规律,制定切实可行的市场竞争策略;促进企业整合相关资源实现又好又快发展。本文运用市场竞争策略原理、PEST分析工具、Porter's五力模型等多种手段对电信运营商的市场环境和未来市场竞争策略进行研究,使用主成分分析法对策略实施进行定量分析,以佐证市场竞争策略在实际执行过程中的效果,期望为移动运营商发展指明方向。
[Abstract]:The growth rate of the global telecommunications market shows a marked downward trend. IDC and other institutions predict that the growth rate of global telecom market revenue will drop by 2-3% in the next four years. The growth rate of global mobile, fixed, Internet and other major telecommunications business revenues will slow markedly in the next four years. This topic describes the current situation and integration trend of the telecom industry in China, analyzes the reasons for the low growth and pipeline of domestic and foreign telecom operators, reviews the original strategies of the telecom operators, and analyzes the market environment of China's telecommunications industry. Drawing lessons from the solutions to the problems in the development of telecom operators in developed countries, actively preparing 4G operations, taking differentiation strategy, low-cost and efficient operation and the development of Blue Sea as the main strategy, the paper puts forward the telecom operators in customer, product and tariff. Channels, groups and other aspects of specific strategies. This paper tries to help mobile operators to explore the laws of the development and transformation of the communication industry, formulate feasible market competition strategies, and promote the integration of related resources to achieve good and rapid development. In this paper, the market environment and the future market competition strategy of telecom operators are studied by using the market competition strategy principle and the pest analysis tool, such as Porteros five-force model, and the implementation of the strategy is quantitatively analyzed by principal component analysis. In order to prove the effect of market competition strategy in the actual implementation process, it is expected to point out the direction for the development of mobile operators.
