官员群体如何运用互联网思维

【摘要】：正提升现代治理能力需要借鉴整合互联网思维,官员要善用网络,和时代同步,甚至需要激活超越时代的历史敏锐性移动互联网的爆炸性增长带来了公众消费信息的巨变。这种巨变既体现在日常生活中,比如地铁上目不转睛盯着手机的年轻人,也体现在深层次的社会思潮变迁中,比如最近两年大家常谈到的互联网思维、大数据技术和自媒体等等概念。互联网思维对社会的正向作用,不仅仅限于思想讨论层面,更已进入行为实践层次。互联
