广东联通无线网络日常优化流程分析和改进

【摘要】:无线网络日常优化是无线网络优化中常态化的部分工作,无线网络涉及设备多,基站调整多,受环境影响大,为了确保网络处于最佳的运行状态,实现网络质量的长期稳定与提高,需要通过循环往复的闭环处理的日常优化流程,通过持续性的优化过程,不断提升网络质量。 无线网络日常优化是在保证设备参数和基础数据准确的前提下,通过对网络性能的监控、日常保障性测试、投诉分析发现和解决网络问题,持续提升网络质量。 现有的无线网络日常优化流程是广东联通根据中国联通集团公司相关制度要求制定的本地无线网络日常优化实施细则,并在持续性优化系统中进行了信息化呈现,该流程规范了无线网络日常优化操作,有利于提升无线网络日常优化质量和效率,但在实际应用中存在较多问题,推广实施效果没有完全达到实施目的。 本文梳理了现有流程,采用流程诊断工具ASME表格和“一般问题诊断表”分析流程中存在的问题,通过流程优化的ESEIA表格提出优化方案,并征求各地市分公司意见,形成符合无线网络日常优化工作需求的流程,真正做到提升无线网络日常优化质量和效率。 本文结合信息化手段,对无线网络日常优化流程在持续性优化系统实现上的难点问题提出了可行的解决方案,极大地减少了人力耗费,提升了工作效率。 本文着重对实施过程中所应用的流程诊断和优化方法作出总结,为今后开展的同类流程优化工作提供参考。
[Abstract]:The daily optimization of wireless network is a regular part of the wireless network optimization. Wireless network involves more equipment, more base station adjustment, and is greatly affected by the environment, in order to ensure that the network is in the best running state. In order to realize the long-term stability and improvement of network quality, it is necessary to improve the network quality through the daily optimization process of loop processing and continuous optimization process. Wireless network daily optimization is to ensure the accuracy of equipment parameters and basic data, through the monitoring of network performance, daily supportability testing, complaint analysis to find and solve network problems, and continue to improve the quality of the network. The current daily optimization flow of wireless network is the implementation rules of daily optimization of local wireless network formulated by Guangdong Unicom according to the relevant system requirements of China Unicom Corporation, and the information is presented in the continuous optimization system. This process standardizes the daily optimization operation of wireless network, which is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of wireless network daily optimization. However, there are many problems in practical application, and the effect of popularization and implementation has not completely achieved the purpose of implementation. This article combs the existing flow, uses the process diagnosis tool ASME form and the "general problem diagnosis table" to analyze the existing problems in the process, through the process optimization of the ESEIA form to put forward the optimization plan, and to seek the opinions of local and municipal branches. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of daily optimization of wireless network, the process of daily optimization of wireless network is formed. Based on the information technology, this paper puts forward a feasible solution to the difficult problems in the realization of the continuous optimization system in the daily optimization process of wireless network, which greatly reduces the manpower consumption and improves the working efficiency. In this paper, the process diagnosis and optimization methods used in the process of implementation are summarized, which provides a reference for the similar process optimization work to be carried out in the future.
