赣州邮政寄递业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展,快递业市场空间越来越大,吸引了众多企业加入到快递业竞争中来。中国邮政集团公司下属赣州市分公司是赣州市的一家国有独资企业,为了执行中国邮政集团公司提出的“一体两翼”战略,必须要优化业务结构,创新经营,通过大力发展寄递业务来提高公司在赣州快递市场的竞争优势地位。在此过程中,由于要打破传统业务格局、更新发展观念、重新定位业务经营模式,将面临一些新的问题。本研究的目的就是分析赣州市邮政分公司寄递业务发展中存在的问题,并分析问题存在的原因,提出相应的策略;其最终目的就是要促进赣州邮政寄递业务顺利实现跨越式发展,同时为中国各地邮政企业“寄递翼”的发展带来更多的启示。论文运用实证研究方法,以赣州邮政寄递业务为研究对象,研究了赣州邮政寄递业务发展的背景、现状、存在的问题和原因以及发展策略。研究的主体内容包括三个部分:第一是对前人的研究进行分析总结,总结研究经验,拓展研究方向;第二是在研究赣州邮政事业历史发展背景的基础之上,分析赣州邮政寄递业务发展存在的问题,深入分析其原因;第三是在原因分析的基础之上,对症下药,结合实际,提出相应的发展策略。论文主要有如下研究结论:第一、赣州邮政寄递业务是随着快递业务市场空间的放大,因应市场需求而发展起来的,对邮政系统业务转型升级和供给侧改革具有重要的意义。赣州邮政寄递业务的大力发展及成功模式将成为中国邮政寄递业务开发的一个典型样板。第二、通过波士顿矩阵分析发现:赣州邮政寄递经历了从问题业务到明星业务的发展历程。虽然这个过程比较曲折,但是已经让赣州邮政寄递业务发展初见曙光,赣州市邮政分公司应该强化其战略地位,将这一业务发扬光大。第三、现阶段,赣州邮政寄递业务发展现状比较喜人,但是问题依然存在,譬如能力建设、运行质量、客户体验、结算体系、专业亏损等;这些问题可以归结到内部共识的形成、成本的投入以及业务本身固有的回报长期性等方面。第四、解决赣州邮政寄递业务发展问题的策略主要包括强化该业务的战略地位、加强能力与体系建设、加强网络质量管控、主抓特色寄递市场、优化邮速内部资源、充分利用政府资源开辟农村电商市场等方面。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the market space of express delivery industry is more and more large, attracting many enterprises to join in the competition of express delivery industry. Ganzhou Branch, a subsidiary of China Post Group Corporation, is a wholly state-owned enterprise in Ganzhou City. In order to carry out the "one body, two wings" strategy put forward by the China Post Group Company, it is necessary to optimize the business structure and innovate in operation. Through the development of courier business to improve the company in Ganzhou express market competitive advantage. In this process, we will face some new problems because we want to break the traditional business pattern, renew the concept of development, and reposition the mode of business management. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems existing in the development of the post and delivery business of Ganzhou Postal Branch, analyze the causes of the problems, and put forward the corresponding strategies. The ultimate purpose is to promote the smooth development of Ganzhou postal delivery service and bring more enlightenment to the development of postal enterprises in China. This paper studies the background, present situation, existing problems, reasons and development strategies of Ganzhou postal delivery business, taking Ganzhou post and delivery business as the research object. The main content of the study includes three parts: first, the analysis and summary of previous studies, summing up the research experience, expanding the research direction; second, on the basis of studying the historical development background of Ganzhou postal service, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of Ganzhou postal mail and delivery business, and analyzes the reasons. Thirdly, on the basis of the cause analysis, the author puts forward the corresponding development strategy based on the case and the actual situation. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, Ganzhou postal delivery business is expanded with the expansion of the market space of express service and developed according to the market demand, which is of great significance to the postal system business transformation and upgrading and supply-side reform. The development and successful mode of Ganzhou postal service will become a typical model for the development of postal service in China. Secondly, through the analysis of Boston matrix, we find that Ganzhou postal delivery has experienced the development from problem business to star business. Although this process is rather tortuous, it has made the development of Ganzhou postal delivery service first dawn, Ganzhou postal branch should strengthen its strategic position and carry forward this business. Third, at this stage, Ganzhou postal delivery business development situation is more gratifying, but there are still problems, such as capacity building, operational quality, customer experience, settlement system, professional losses and so on; These problems can be attributed to the formation of internal consensus, the investment of cost and the long-term return inherent in the business itself. Fourth, the strategies to solve the problem of Ganzhou postal delivery business development mainly include strengthening the strategic position of the business, strengthening the ability and system construction, strengthening network quality control, focusing on the characteristic mail delivery market, and optimizing the internal resources of postal speed. Make full use of government resources to open up rural e-commerce market and other aspects.
