H公司技术型员工培训体系优化研究

【摘要】:当前,我国正在从劳动密集型向技术密集型方向转移。为了实现这一目标就需要大量技术型人员。可见,技术型员工对于中国产业的发展,乃至中国整个经济和社会的发展均发挥着积极的作用。为了提升技术型员工的创新力,企业就需要积极实施员工培训等人力资源开发活动。完善的员工培训体系是保障员工培训活动顺利实施的基础要素,鉴于此,本研究将对H公司的技术型员工培训体系优化问题展开研究。此次研究主要包括如下内容:首先,阐述研究背景、意义、相关课题研究成果,以及研究的内容和所应用的研究方法。其次,在现有研究基础之上,对研究涉及到的员工培训、员工培训体系等概念进行解析;之后,分析此次研究所涉及到的理论依据,主要包括:期望理论、成人教育理论、培训评估理论等;最后分析目前常用的员工培训模式。在理论研究成果分析后,展开实证研究。具体研究过程中,率先对H公司这样软件研发公司技术型员工基本情况进行概述;之后,结合问卷调查结果和实地调研内容,分析H公司技术型员工培训现状和突出问题;上述研究结束之后,以完善H公司技术型员工培训体系为目标,基于培训需求分析、培训计划设计、培训课程、以及培训评估四个维度出发,就如何优化H公司技术型员工培训体系提出具体对策与建议。研究最后为结论与展望部分,首先总结此次研究的研究成果,并指出研究的不足之处,并展望技术型员工培训体系的发展方向。希望相关研究成果,能够为H公司或者情况与H公司类似组织的技术型员工培训体系优化实践工作发挥一定借鉴性作用。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is transferring from labor-intensive to technology-intensive. In order to achieve this goal, a large number of skilled personnel are required. It can be seen that technical employees play a positive role in the development of Chinese industry and even the development of Chinese economy and society as a whole. In order to enhance the innovation of technical employees, enterprises need to actively implement human resource development activities such as staff training. The perfect staff training system is the basic factor to ensure the smooth implementation of employee training activities. In view of this, this study will study the optimization of the technical staff training system of H Company. The main contents of this study are as follows: first, the research background, significance, related research results, research content and applied research methods. Secondly, on the basis of the existing research, the author analyzes the concepts of employee training and employee training system involved in the research. After that, it analyzes the theoretical basis involved in this study, including: expectation theory, adult education theory, etc. Training evaluation theory and so on; finally analyzes the current commonly used employee training model. After analyzing the theoretical research results, the empirical research is carried out. In the process of specific research, the author takes the lead in summarizing the basic situation of technical staff in software R & D company such as H Company. Then, combining the results of questionnaire survey and field investigation, the paper analyzes the status quo and outstanding problems of technical staff training in H Company. After the above research, the goal is to perfect the training system of technical employees in H Company, based on the four dimensions of training needs analysis, training plan design, training course and training evaluation. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the training system of technical employees in H Company. The last part is the conclusion and prospect. Firstly, it summarizes the research results, points out the inadequacies of the research, and looks forward to the development direction of the technical staff training system. It is hoped that the relevant research results can play a certain reference role in the optimization and practice of the technical staff training system of H Company or similar organizations of H Company.
