商丘移动通信分公司3G终端销售能力提升的研究

【摘要】:3G终端销售是公司3G运营的重点,是流量运营的基础,提升公司3G终端销售能力有着重要意义。本文从商丘分公司3G终端销售的实际情况着手,借助市场营销的相关理论和方法,通过对国内三大运营商、国外知名运营商的终端销售策略的研究,寻找适合商丘移动3G终端营销营销策略,以此来提升本地3G终端营销能力。 论文共分六章。第一章简要介绍了论文研究的目的、意义以及内容。第二章主要介绍了研究借助的市场营销的产品、品牌、客户关系管理等相关理论。第三章介绍了商丘移动3G终端营销的环境分析与需求研究,主要阐述了三大运营商的销售形势分析以及未来发展趋势,还阐述了商丘移动3G终端销售情况、目前3G终端销售存在的问题以及商丘分公司3G终端销售的全流程预警体系的介绍;第四章介绍了包含日本、欧洲、北美、韩国等国外运营商的3G终端销售策略;第五章介绍了商丘分公司的3G终端销售的营销策略和营销模式;第六章介绍商丘3G终端销售能力提升的一些具体措施,包括理念宣贯、自有渠道的超市化改造、社会渠道销售积极性提升、客户满意度等。
[Abstract]:3G terminal sales is the focus of 3G operation and the basis of traffic operation. This paper begins with the actual situation of 3G terminal sales of Shangqiu Branch, with the help of the relevant theories and methods of marketing, through the research on the terminal sales strategy of the three major domestic operators and foreign well-known operators. Looking for suitable marketing strategy for 3G terminal of Shangqiu Mobile, in order to improve the marketing ability of local 3G terminal. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the purpose, significance and content of the thesis. The second chapter mainly introduces the related theories of product, brand, customer relationship management and so on. The third chapter introduces the environment analysis and demand research of the 3G terminal marketing of Shangqiu Mobile, mainly expounds the sales situation analysis and the future development trend of the three major operators, and also expounds the sales situation of the 3G terminal of Shangqiu Mobile. The current 3G terminal sales problems and Shangqiu Branch 3G terminal sales of the whole process of early warning system introduced the fourth chapter including Japan Europe North America South Korea and other foreign operators of 3G terminal sales strategy; The fifth chapter introduces the marketing strategy and marketing mode of 3G terminal sales of Shangqiu Branch, the sixth chapter introduces some specific measures to enhance the sales capability of Shangqiu 3G terminal, including the idea of promotion, the transformation of supermarket through its own channel, Social channel sales enthusiasm, customer satisfaction and so on.
