信息网络对知识型劳动者行为影响研究

【摘要】:随着信息网络的发展和普及,信息产业的规模在世界范围内已上升至第二位,成为我国的支柱产业,在当前的经济生活中,信息网络正在对人类行为产生巨大的影响。知识型劳动者是信息网络的最主要用户,网络环境作为知识型劳动者的一种行为环境,会导致知识型劳动者的动机发生偏移,近年的企业研究成果表明,在企业的核心成功因素中,人才占据最重要的地位。但是,目前我国知识型企业在管理方面还存在一定的问题,不利于充分调动知识型劳动者的积极性和发挥其潜能。信息网络扩大了知识型劳动者的知识获取范围,使得人与人之间的联系越来越紧密,在虚拟社会中会出现越来越多的以兴趣为纽带、以精神领袖为核心的新的“部落”;信息网络开拓了知识型劳动者的社会关系网络,提升了知识型劳动者的社会资本。网络的应用,特别是社交网络的发展,使得人与人之间的联络越来越频繁,可以说正是“偷菜”这样的应用,使知识型劳动者有机会联系从前一直沉睡在地址簿中的老朋友;信息网络也会出现与现实的资本信用相似的“舆论信用”,从而使那些对某一专题研究有真知灼见的人能够因为较好地解决了跟随者的问题而获得更多的支持和信任,,对于知识型劳动者本人而言,信息网络的有效应用还可以提升凝聚在应用者身上的传统人力资本。 本文在梳理行为科学、网络经济学以及人力资本等相关理论的基础上,运用定性与定量相结合的分析方法,结合实际案例,从知识型企业人力资源特征、知识型劳动者行为特征、信息网络的发展趋势、引发行为变化机理等几个方面分析了信息网络对知识型劳动者行为的影响,试图发现信息网络在提高劳动者素质与企业运行效率方面的规律和方法,以更好地为经济社会发展服务。 本文通过系统研究认为:在信息网络环境下,知识型劳动者的不同动机会产生不同的行为,信息网络发展的趋势会影响到知识型劳动者的行为态度。信息网络能够有效满足知识型劳动者在工作、学习和社会交往方面的需要,并对知识型劳动者的工作方式、知识获取方式和人际交往方式产生了重要影响。知识型劳动者作为企业的核心人才,是提升企业竞争力的关键因素,对此,我们要正确看待信息网络对劳动者行为的各种影响,要强化信息网络对知识型劳动者的正面影响,弱化其负面影响,并通过建立起行之有效的激励机制,激发知识型劳动者应用信息网络的主动性、积极性和创造性。
[Abstract]:With the development and popularization of the information network, the scale of the information industry has risen to the second place in the world, becoming the pillar industry of our country. In the current economic life, the information network is exerting a great influence on the human behavior. Knowledge worker is the most important user of information network. As a kind of behavior environment of knowledge worker, network environment will lead to the deviation of knowledge worker's motivation. Talent occupies the most important position in the core success factors of the enterprise. However, at present, there are still some problems in the management of knowledge enterprises in our country, which is not conducive to fully arousing the enthusiasm of knowledge workers and bringing their potential into full play. The information network has expanded the knowledge acquisition scope of the knowledge type laborer, makes the connection between the people closer and closer, will appear more and more new "tribes" with interest as the link and spiritual leader as the core in the virtual society; Information network develops the social network of knowledge workers and promotes the social capital of knowledge workers. The application of the network, especially the development of the social network, makes the contact between people more and more frequent. It can be said that it is such an application as "stealing vegetables", so that knowledge workers have the opportunity to contact old friends who have been sleeping in the address book; Information networks can also have "public opinion credit" similar to real capital credit, so that those who have insights into a particular topic can gain more support and trust by better addressing the problems of their followers. For the knowledge worker himself, the effective application of information network can also enhance the traditional human capital condensed in the applicator. On the basis of combing related theories such as behavioral science, network economics and human capital, this paper applies qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, combined with practical cases, to analyze the characteristics of human resources in knowledge-based enterprises. This paper analyzes the influence of information network on the behavior of knowledge workers from several aspects, such as the behavior characteristics of knowledge workers, the development trend of information networks, and the mechanism of behavior change. This paper attempts to find out the rules and methods of information network in improving the quality of workers and the efficiency of enterprises in order to better serve the economic and social development. In this paper, the author thinks that under the environment of information network, different motivations of knowledge workers will produce different behaviors, and the trend of the development of information network will influence the behavior attitude of knowledge workers. Information network can effectively meet the needs of knowledge workers in work, learning and social communication, and has an important impact on the working style, knowledge acquisition and interpersonal communication of knowledge workers. Knowledge workers, as the core talents of enterprises, are the key factors to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In view of this, we should correctly look at the influence of information networks on workers' behavior and strengthen the positive influence of information networks on knowledge workers. It weakens its negative influence and stimulates the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of knowledge workers in the application of information network by establishing an effective incentive mechanism.
