云服务提供商的合作博弈研究

【摘要】:云计算的出现开启了第三次IT革命,随着云计算技术的成熟,越来越多的用户开始接触并使用云服务,云计算正在深刻地改变了人们获取信息和软、硬件资源的方式。云计算产业的健康快速发展,需要云计算产业链中位于不同环节的企业共同合作,通过搭建生态圈的方式为用户提供云服务。云服务提供商在云计算产业链中扮有重要角色,云服务提供商可以通过合作、优势互补,为用户提供更加优质的服务。云服务提供商形成联盟后面临的一个关键问题就是收益分配。基于此本文利用合作博弈研究了云服务提供商的合作行为,并给出了收益分配方案。 首先,构建了内部需求固定的云服务提供商合作博弈模型,证明了合作博弈的超可加性,分析了该合作博弈的核心非空性,并从不同的角度给出了四种收益分配方案:核心、Shapley值、Owen值和一致许可值。然后,,通过分析云服务提供商内部需求的不稳定性,构建了内部需求随机的云服务提供商合作博弈模型,分析该合作博弈的超可加性和核心非空性,给出了收益分配方案,并在考虑联盟成本的情况下分析了云联盟的稳定性。最后,分析了亚马逊、Rackspace和微软三大IaaS服务提供商的发展瓶颈,进而提出了其合作的必要性以及合作后面临的收益分配问题。利用数值实验研究了云服务提供商的合作博弈,通过计算发现云服务提供商合作后的收益大于其单独提供服务时的收益,这为云服务提供商的合作提供了理论基础,通过分析不同的收益分配方案,可以为云服务提供商形成联盟后制定收益分配策略提供参考。
[Abstract]:The emergence of cloud computing has opened the third IT revolution. With the maturity of cloud computing technology, more and more users begin to contact and use cloud services. Cloud computing is profoundly changing the way people obtain information and software and hardware resources. The healthy and rapid development of cloud computing industry requires the cooperation of enterprises located in different links in the cloud computing industry chain to provide cloud services to users through the way of building ecological circle. Cloud service providers play an important role in cloud computing industry chain. Cloud service providers can provide users with better service through cooperation and complementary advantages. After cloud service provider forms alliance, a key problem is income distribution. Based on this, the cooperative behavior of cloud service providers is studied by cooperative game, and the income distribution scheme is given. Firstly, a cloud service provider cooperative game model with fixed internal demand is constructed, and the super-additivity of cooperative game is proved, and the core nonempty of the cooperative game is analyzed. Four income distribution schemes are given from different angles: core Shapley value Owen value and uniform allowable value. Then, by analyzing the instability of the internal demand of cloud service providers, a cloud service provider cooperative game model with random internal demand is constructed, and the super-additivity and core non-empty of the cooperative game are analyzed, and the income distribution scheme is given. The stability of cloud alliance is analyzed considering the alliance cost. Finally, this paper analyzes the bottleneck of the development of Amazon Rackspace and Microsoft's three IaaS service providers, and puts forward the necessity of cooperation and the problem of profit distribution after the cooperation. In this paper, the cooperative game of cloud service provider is studied by numerical experiments. The results show that the profit of cloud service provider after cooperation is greater than that of cloud service provider alone, which provides a theoretical basis for the cooperation of cloud service provider. Through the analysis of different income distribution schemes, it can provide a reference for cloud service providers to formulate profit distribution strategy after forming an alliance.
