大数据时代旅游企业融合创新研究

【摘要】:伴随着大数据时代的来临和旅游业的持续发展,旅游市场需求不断发生变化,旅游企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。为了获得更好的发展,旅游企业必须遵循大数据时代的发展趋势,走向融合创新的新阶段。大数据时代的到来,在给旅游企业发展带来机遇的同时也使旅游企业面临严峻的挑战。发挥和挖掘大数据的价值,把握机遇,迎接挑战,寻找适合旅游企业融合创新的发展模式、机制和路径成为旅游企业的发展重点。论文以大数据为主导,以旅游企业融合创新为主题,重点研究大数据时代旅游企业融合创新的模式选择、创新机制和推进路径。论文主要分为以下四大部分:第一部分第1-3章。首先,对论文的研究背景与意义、相关概念界定、研究内容、研究方法、技术路线、创新点等内容进行了分析。其次,对国内外相关研究文献综述进行归纳和述评,在此基础上对信息化理论、创新理论、融合创新理论和博弈论四个相关理论进行了探讨。最后,分析了大数据时代旅游企业融合创新的机遇和挑战,为后文的研究作铺垫。第二部分第4-6章,是本论文的核心内容。首先,基于大数据的视角,将大数据时代旅游企业融合创新的模式划分为大数据企业内部模式、大数据企业产业链模式和大数据企业跨行业模式。其次,对大数据时代旅游企业融合创新机制的影响因素、重难点进行了分析,主要对动力机制、发展机制、运行机制和协作机制进行了研究。最后,在对模式、机制研究的基础上,指出了大数据时代旅游企业融合创新的五条推进路径:以大数据为中心,深化旅游企业价值的内涵和外延;重组开放数据,拓展大市场,从界内到跨界;打造大数据价值链融合创新主体,“旅游企业+”数据、技术与思维;给大数据估值,创新旅游企业商业模式;建设融合创新平台,从技术创新到合作机制创新。第三部分第7章。将蚂蜂窝作为典型案例,分别从模式选择、机制创新和推进路径上对蚂蜂窝融合创新进行研究,在此基础上得出蚂蜂窝融合创新的实践启示,理论联系实际,通过蚂蜂窝案例的分析,得出结论,论证和检验论文的研究结果。第四部分第8章。得出研究结论,对下一步大数据时代旅游企业融合创新有待进一步研究的问题进行了展望。力争通过本论文的研究能够助于大数据时代旅游企业充分利用数据资源进行融合创新,提升旅游企业的竞争力,促进旅游企业融合发展,从而提升旅游产业经济以及国民经济的发展水平。
[Abstract]:With the coming of big data era and the sustainable development of tourism, the demand of tourism market is constantly changing, and the competition among tourism enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In order to achieve better development, tourism enterprises must follow the development trend of the big data era and move to a new stage of integration and innovation. With the arrival of big data, tourism enterprises are faced with severe challenges while bringing opportunities to the development of tourism enterprises. Developing and excavating the value of big data, grasping the opportunity, meeting the challenge, looking for the suitable development mode, mechanism and path for tourism enterprises to merge and innovate becomes the key point of the development of tourism enterprises. This paper focuses on the mode selection, innovation mechanism and promotion path of tourism enterprise integration innovation in the big data era, which is dominated by big data and takes tourism enterprise integration and innovation as the theme. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is Chapter 1-3. Firstly, the research background and significance, the definition of relevant concepts, research content, research methods, technical route, innovation points and so on are analyzed. Secondly, this paper summarizes and reviews the domestic and foreign related research literature, and then discusses four related theories: information theory, innovation theory, fusion innovation theory and game theory. Finally, the paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of tourism enterprises' integration and innovation in the big data era, which pave the way for the later research. The second part, Chapter 4-6, is the core of this thesis. Firstly, based on the perspective of big data, the integration and innovation model of tourism enterprises in the big data era is divided into the internal model of big data enterprise, the mode of industrial chain of big data enterprise and the cross-industry mode of big data enterprise. Secondly, the paper analyzes the influencing factors and difficulties of the innovation mechanism of tourism enterprises in the big data era, and mainly studies the dynamic mechanism, the development mechanism, the operation mechanism and the cooperation mechanism. Finally, on the basis of the research on the model and mechanism, the paper points out five ways to promote the integration and innovation of tourism enterprises in the big data era: taking big data as the center, deepening the connotation and extension of tourism enterprises' value, reorganizing and opening up data, and expanding the large market. From inside to across the border; create big data value chain fusion innovation main body, "tourism enterprise" data, technology and thinking; big data valuation, innovation tourism enterprise business model; build integration and innovation platform, From technological innovation to cooperation mechanism innovation. Part III, Chapter 7. Taking the Grasshopper Honeycomb as a typical case, the paper studies the innovation of the Grasshopper Honeycomb from the aspects of model selection, mechanism innovation and advancement path. On this basis, the author draws the practical enlightenment of the Grasshopper Honeycomb Fusion Innovation, which combines theory with practice. Through the analysis of the Grasshopper honeycomb case, the conclusion is drawn, and the research results of the thesis are demonstrated and verified. Part IV, Chapter 8. Draw the conclusion of the study, the next step in the big data era tourism enterprises integration innovation need to be further research issues are prospected. Through the research of this paper, we can help tourism enterprises to make full use of data resources to integrate and innovate, to enhance the competitiveness of tourism enterprises, and to promote the integration development of tourism enterprises in the era of big data. In order to improve the tourism industry economy and the level of development of the national economy.
