【摘要】：项目管理理论已广泛应用于社会的各个专业领域,尤其是在工程建设项目或大型综合项目中。而在企业,以提升企业管理水平为目标而实施企业管理项目,其产品往往是无形的,项目管理人员也倾向于使用传统管理理论作为指导,从而忽略了项目的临时性和独特性特征。因此,在企业管理类项目中运用项目管理理论来指导实践,能够补充传统企业管理理论的不足,令项目结果更加满意。本文以业务管理提升项目为例,以项日质量管理的工作过程为导向,运用项目质量管理的理论和方法,从项目质量和项目产品质量量两个方面探讨如何做好项目质量管理工作在项目质最方而,论述了业务管理提升项目质量管理的目标和内容、质量保证体系的设计,分阶段探讨了项目质量事前、事中、事后的控制措施,从而有效地实现项目的全而质量管理；在项目产品质量管理方而,针对业务管理提升项目产品属于无形产品的特征,提出了以目标为导向的质量评价方法,将项目目标细化到每项工作中去,对细分工作制定定性和定量的评价指标,通过一系列质量管理措施,提升各项细分工作的质量指标,从而提升项目产品的质量。通过本论文的研究,为企业管理类项日中有效运用以质量计划为核心,以质量保证体系为基础,以质量控制为保障,质量控制与质量改进相结合的项目质量管理理论和方法,提供借鉴。
