湖北邮政应用系统及网络平台规划研究

【摘要】:近几年,湖北邮政信息网经过多年建设和不断优化,已经形成了一个多功能、相对安全的网络基础接入平台,目前承载了湖北省邮政所有电子化邮政业务。但另一方面,随着以此为平台的各项邮政新业务的快速拓展,网络规模迅速膨胀,网络处理能力、安全性、可靠性与业务发展需求之间的矛盾日益突出。为解决存在的问题,湖北邮政决定对全省绿卡网、综合网两网骨干网及绿卡省中心进行了优化改造。 湖北邮政应用及网络平台规划研究课题是湖北邮政(2011-2015)“十二五”规划,去年10月正式下发后,我作为湖北邮政信息网规划、建设、运行维护负责人之一的一个不一定十分成熟的思考和研究,大家知道邮政是一个传统的劳动密集型企业,98年邮电分营后,邮政进入了一个生产、经营、管理计算机化的快速发展期,,从省到市、县都进行了自己系统、网络的建设,以提高生产效率、降低劳动成本,但是在当时全省没有一个统一的规划,每个系统网络都是单独的系统自成体系,虽然在2004年湖北邮政对此现状进行了一次大规模的整改,将绝大部分系统都集中到了省中心,但也只是被动的,没有成熟的系统思考,至今仍然没有改变以应用系统建设为中心的本来面貌。为了达到湖北邮政信息网“信息充分共享,资源整合利用”的目的,我在导师石教授的悉心指导下,根据湖北邮政“十二五”规划,结合全省信息系统网络实际,从邮政信息网的规划、改造、建设和应用系统资源整合两大方面进行思考和研究,充分利用先进的应用平台技术(基础平台+业务系统)和通信网络技术(包括:先进的设备,VLAN、OSPF、BGP、QOS网络技术,ATM、CN2运营商通信电路等),提出一些对湖北邮政信息网未来发展具有一定前瞻性的设计思路,以期实现信息技术由支撑到引领邮政生产、经营、管理可持续健康发展的最终目标。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Hubei postal information network has formed a multi-functional and relatively secure network access platform after years of construction and continuous optimization, which now carries all electronic postal services in Hubei Province. On the other hand, with the rapid expansion of new postal services based on this platform, the network scale expands rapidly, and the contradiction between network processing capacity, security, reliability and business development needs is becoming increasingly prominent. In order to solve the existing problems, Hubei Post decided to optimize the green card network, the integrated network and the green card provincial center. The research topic of Hubei Post Application and Network platform Planning is the 12th Five-Year Plan of Hubei Post (2011-2015). After it was officially issued in October last year, I planned and constructed the Hubei Post Information Network. One of the persons in charge of operation and maintenance is not necessarily very mature thinking and research. We all know that the postal service is a traditional labor-intensive enterprise. After the postal and telecommunications sub-camp in 1998, the postal service entered a production and operation. During the period of rapid development of management computerization, all provinces, cities, and counties carried out the construction of their own systems and networks in order to improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs, but at that time there was no unified plan for the whole province. Each system network is a separate system. Although Hubei Post carried out a large-scale rectification of the present situation in 2004 and concentrated most of the systems in the provincial center, it was only passive and did not have mature system thinking. There is still no change to the application system construction as the center of the original appearance. In order to achieve the goal of "fully sharing information and integrating and utilizing resources" in Hubei Postal Information Network, under the careful guidance of Professor Shi, my mentor, according to the 12th Five-Year Plan of Hubei Post, combined with the reality of the information system network in the whole province, From the planning, transformation, construction and integration of the resources of the postal information network, This paper makes full use of advanced application platform technology (basic platform service system) and communication network technology (including advanced equipment, OSPFU, BGPQOS network technology, etc.), and puts forward some suggestions for the future development of Hubei Postal Information Network (Hubei Postal Information Network). The exhibition has a certain forward-looking design ideas, It is expected to realize the ultimate goal of sustainable and healthy development of information technology from supporting to leading postal production, management and management.
