T公司宽带接入项目全面质量管理研究

【摘要】：百年大计,质量为本。项目质量管理是建设工程项目管理的重要内容,贯穿于项目实施的全过程,是检验项目结果的重要标准之一,是实现项目质量、进度与成本三项指标兼顾的重要保证,也是项目投产后能够获得用户认可的重要保障。当前,针对项目质量管理的研究较多,但对特定的宽带接入项目的研究并不多。通过对宽带接入项目质量管理的研究,能在一定程度上丰富项目质量管理的研究范围,对其它相似的项目有一定的指导借鉴意义。本文主要分析了T公司宽带接入项目质量管理中存在的问题,依据全面质量管理理论的指导,对T公司宽带接入项目的质量管理进行了优化,从细化全员质量责任、规范全过程质量控制、优化质量考评指标以及加强教育培训等多个方面来确保项目全面质量管理体系的运行。
[Abstract]:A hundred years of planning, quality is the basis. Project quality management is an important content of construction project management, runs through the whole process of project implementation, is one of the important standards to test project results, and is an important guarantee to realize the three indexes of project quality, schedule and cost. It is also an important guarantee to get user approval after the project is put into production. At present, there are many researches on project quality management, but not on specific broadband access projects. The research on quality management of broadband access project can enrich the research scope of project quality management to a certain extent and can be used for reference to other similar projects. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the quality management of T Company's broadband access project, and optimizes the quality management of T company's broadband access project according to the guidance of total quality management theory. Standardize the whole process quality control, optimize the quality evaluation index and strengthen the education and training to ensure the operation of the project total quality management system.
