ES集团的战略转型研究
[Abstract]:Es Group, which takes software technology as its core, can not only make industry solutions and related products and services, but also provide product engineering solutions. As the Internet matures and develops as a traditional software company, it meets many obstacles in the future development. The inertia thinking mode of traditional software brings some constraints to the strategic development of enterprises. At the same time is not conducive to the expansion and enhancement of the competitive advantage of enterprises. At present, the most important task of the enterprise is to position the development strategy of the enterprise accurately and to strengthen the ability construction in order to improve the competition level of the enterprise. The changing external environment also requires enterprises to strengthen the analysis of future business opportunities and strategic development direction. Aiming at the existing problems and bottlenecks of es Group, this paper first analyzes the status quo and trend of the internal development of es Group, and analyzes the influence of the change of external market environment on es Group through pest, five Force Model and so on. Combine internal resources and existing capabilities to improve and upgrade accordingly. At the same time, according to the analysis of the future market prospect, the threat of the same industry, the industry advantages and disadvantages, the new strategic transformation scheme suitable for itself is established. Finally, according to the current external environment and internal characteristics, the concrete landing steps of implementing the new strategy should be constructed, and the relevant policies and measures should be adjusted quickly and actively. The research determines that the final transformation direction of enterprise is the transformation direction of "service plan": es group should transform from product-centered to customer-centric, from product-oriented to service-oriented, to provide the overall solution for customers. The detailed design of strategic alliance measures, user innovation experience, marketing layout, after-sales service should be achieved, as well as the scope of fund-raising and other specific details. Combined with the above factors, this paper puts forward the human resource inclination, the orientation of propaganda, the close participation of risk control system and the establishment of correct and good corporate culture.
