大数据时代,“制鞋”大机遇

【摘要】：正引言2011年5月,麦肯锡全球研究所发表了名为《大数据:创新、竞争力和生产力的下一个前线》的研究报告,最早提出了"大数据"时代已经到来[1]。2012年3月29日,奥巴马政府在白宫网站发布了《大数据研究和发展倡议》,目的是提升利用大量复杂数据集合获取知识和洞见的能力,并为此投入两亿美元以上资金[2]。奥巴马政府还把数据比喻成"未来的新石油",这充分说明美国已经把应对大数据时代带来的机遇和挑战提上了日程,上升到了国家战略层面。2013年,更是被媒体称为"大数据元年"。
[Abstract]:In May 2011, the McKinsey Global Institute published a study entitled "big data: the next Frontier of Innovation, Competitiveness and Productivity," which was the first to suggest that the "big data" era had arrived. The Obama administration launched the big data Research and Development Initiative on the White House website to improve the ability to use large and complex data sets to gain knowledge and insight, and to spend more than $200 million [2]. The Obama administration has also likened the data to "new oil of the future," a sign that the United States has put the opportunities and challenges of the big data era on the agenda, rising to a national strategic level in 2013. Is called by the media as "the first year of big data."
