互联网经济学与反垄断政策研究新进展——“互联网经济学与反垄断政策研讨会”观点综述

【摘要】：本文对"互联网经济学与反垄断政策研讨会"的主要观点进行了综述,涉及互联网企业的商业模式与竞争态势、互联网反垄断案的相关市场界定问题、互联网反垄断案的企业滥用市场支配地位行为等,重点对互联网技术经济特征、商业模式、假定垄断者测试的适用性、市场支配地位的认定和滥用行为的反垄断政策等问题展开研讨。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the main viewpoints of the Symposium on Internet Economics and Anti-monopoly Policy, including the business model and competition situation of Internet enterprises, the market definition of Internet antitrust cases. Corporate abuse of dominant market position in Internet antitrust cases focuses on the technical and economic characteristics of the Internet, business models, and supposing the suitability of the monopolist test, The determination of market dominant position and abuse of anti-monopoly policy and other issues are discussed.
