智慧城市的社会影响与对策研究

【摘要】："智慧城市"对城市产生多方面的社会影响。"智慧城市"的发展有利于张扬绿色消费模式、满足居民安全需求、提高闲暇生活质量、拓展人际交往空间和扩大居民社会参与。同时,"智慧城市"的建设有利于促进社会家庭结构的多元化、推动社会阶层结构的中产化、实现社会组织结构的扁平化、促进城乡发展与区域发展一体化和推动社会消费结构的高度化。为促进智慧城市的发展,必须加强组织领导,升级"智慧城市"基础设施,推动"智慧城市"的产业发展,加大对智慧城市的投入力度,着力推进技术创新工作,培养智慧人才,营造"智慧城市"发展的良好氛围。
