信息服务业对中国产业结构转型升级的促进机制研究

【摘要】：信息服务业作为知识经济时代战略性新兴产业形态,不仅能有效减少物质资源的消耗,有效提高生产效率,促进产业结构转型升级,增加综合经济效益,更重要的是能够对经济社会全局和长远发展发挥重大引领带动作用。本文通过对信息服务业促进产业结构转型升级的现状分析,着力应用产业结构理论,探析信息服务业对我国产业结构转型升级的促进机制。本文采用产业结构超前系数具体分析信息服务业与我国产业结构转型升级的互动现状,总结了当前信息服务业与我国产业结构转型升级的互动特点。进而从产业结构转型升级的影响因素分析出发,结合信息服务业的特性,探析了信息服务业对供给结构、需求结构、产业间协作或者融合、国际贸易和投资、政府产业政策等的促进作用,促使产业结构高度化、合理化。并利用信息服务业增加值与社会固定资产投资的生产效率、城镇就业人员数的生产效率、信息服务业供给的生产效率的回归分析和路径分析,研究了信息服务业对产业供给结构转型升级的促进路径。最后,根据当前信息服务业与我国产业结构转型升级的互动现状分析结果以及信息服务业对产业供给结构转型升级的促进路径模型,提出了相关对策建议。尤其是本文对当前信息服务业与我国产业结构转型升级的互动特点的总结分析,利用结构方程模型建立信息服务业对我国产业供给结构转型升级的促进路径模型,这对于如何利用信息服务业促进产业结构转型升级具有一定现实意义。
[Abstract]:As a strategic emerging industry form in the era of knowledge economy, information service industry can not only effectively reduce the consumption of material resources, effectively improve production efficiency, promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, increase comprehensive economic benefits, but also play a significant leading role in the overall economic and social situation and long-term development. This paper analyzes the current situation of information service industry in promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, and focuses on the application of industrial structure theory to explore the promotion mechanism of information service industry for the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in China.
This paper analyzes the interactive status of information service industry and industrial structure transformation and upgrading in China by using the advanced coefficient of industrial structure, summarizes the interactive characteristics of the current information service industry and industrial structure transformation and upgrading in China, and then proceeds from the analysis of the influencing factors of industrial structure transformation and upgrading, and combines the characteristics of information service industry to explore the information. The service industry promotes the supply structure, demand structure, inter-industry cooperation or integration, international trade and investment, and government industrial policies, and promotes the rationalization of the industrial structure. Regression analysis and path analysis of production efficiency study the promotion path of information service industry to the transformation and upgrading of industrial supply structure.
Finally, according to the analysis results of the interaction between the information service industry and the upgrading of China's industrial structure, and the promotion path model of the information service industry to the upgrading of industrial supply structure, the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
Especially, this paper summarizes and analyzes the interactive characteristics between the information service industry and the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure, and establishes the promotion path model of the information service industry to the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial supply structure by using the structural equation model, which has certain practical significance for how to use the information service industry to promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.
