锐捷网络公司的绩效管理研究

【摘要】:现阶段,互联网具有两方面特征,一方面体现为变动性,另一方面体现为不确定性,相比较传统产业,互联网公司并不具备固定的组织形式。在实际运营过程中,互联网公司会按照战略规划,来对内部组织结构以及其他职责区域进行不断调整。在这种情况下,互联网公司需构建较为灵活、柔性的组织架构。需要说明的是,互联网公司的员工都比较年轻,比较关注个性化发展,如果继续沿用传统模式进行管理,会带来很大问题。在实际操作过程中,网络公司通过何种途径调动员工工作积极性成为重要研究课题在本文的研究过程中,首先,重点对绩效以及绩效管理的概念进行界定,为锐捷网络公司的绩效管理体系构建奠定理论基础。同时,确立锐捷网络公司的绩效管理体系,主要是运用平衡计分卡以及关键绩效指标方法来进行。其次,对锐捷网络公司的绩效管理现状进行分析,首先对公司运营情况进行说明,在这个过程中,还对公司的组织结构进行了阐明。其次,对公司绩效管理现状存在的问题进行分析研究,最后,针对存在的问题进行了原因分析。通过上述分析,为制定合理的绩效管理体系奠定及坚实基础。最后,通过平衡计分卡以及KPI考核方法构建锐捷网络公司绩效管理体系,同时,为验证该方案的合理性,还以锐捷网络公司营销部为例,进行方案的验证,经检验,方案达到了预期要求。为验证锐捷网络公司绩效管理体系的合理性,在本文的研究过程中,还以该公司营销部绩效考核为对象进行了验证,实践证明,本文设计的绩效管理体系,具有一定的实用性,能够起到调动员工积极性的作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the Internet has two characteristics, one is the variability, the other is the uncertainty. Compared with the traditional industry, Internet companies do not have a fixed organizational form. In practice, Internet companies plan to adapt their internal organizational structure and other areas of responsibility according to strategic planning. In this case, Internet companies need to build a more flexible, flexible organizational structure. It should be noted that the employees of Internet companies are younger and pay more attention to personalized development. If we continue to use the traditional management mode, it will bring a lot of problems. In the actual operation process, the network company through what way to mobilize the employee work enthusiasm becomes the important research topic in this article research process, first, the emphasis carries on the definition to the performance and the performance management concept. It lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of performance management system of Ruijie Network Company. At the same time, the performance management system of Ruijie Network Company is established, which is mainly based on balanced Scorecard and key performance indicators. Secondly, the performance management of Ruijie network company is analyzed. Firstly, the company operation is explained. In this process, the organizational structure of the company is also clarified. Secondly, the existing problems of corporate performance management are analyzed. Finally, the causes of the problems are analyzed. Through the above analysis, for the formulation of a reasonable performance management system and a solid foundation. Finally, the performance management system of Ruijie Network Company is constructed by balanced Scorecard and KPI assessment method. At the same time, in order to verify the rationality of the scheme, the marketing department of Ruijie Network Company is taken as an example to verify the scheme. The plan met the expected requirements. In order to verify the rationality of the performance management system of Ruijie Network Company, the performance appraisal of the marketing department of the company is also taken as the object in the research process of this paper. The practice proves that the performance management system designed in this paper has certain practicability. Can play the role of motivating the staff.
