中国与塔吉克斯坦农业经贸合作研究

【摘要】：塔吉克斯坦是上海合作组织的成员国之一，与中国直接接壤的中亚国家，两国农业经贸合作关系也不断扩大，其中农产品贸易是双方农业经贸合作的重要组成部分。但塔吉克斯坦的农业发展较落后，农产品国内市场存在供不应求的现象，因此从国外进口大量的农产品来满足国内市场的需求，而我国是农业大国，近几年来对中亚国家出口的农产品也逐渐增加，还有中塔两国有地缘接壤的有利条件，因此发挥地缘接近的优势发展双方之间的农产品进出口贸易。尤其自上海合作组织成立以来，两国往来更加频繁，两国已就农业经贸领域开展了多项合作、两国的双边农产品贸易总额也不断增加。本文针对中塔两国农业经贸合作发展的历史、现状及合作的背景出发，指出两国农业经贸有着较为坚实的政治和经济合作基础，双方都存在着迫切的合作意愿，同时也分析了在现有条件下合作的障碍；论文又表明两国农业经贸合作存在着客观要求；目前的合作和潜在的合作空间有多大差距是论文要解决的另外一个问题，论文提出两国未来农业经贸合作的重要领域，并就如何进一步提高中塔两国间农业经贸合作水准给出了自己见解。具体内容而言，本文第一章导言分析中国与塔吉克斯坦农业经贸合作的背景意义，结合国内外研究现状，，介绍相关的国际经济合作与贸易理论及区域经济理论，为本文研究提供现实理论及研究基础。第二章对中国与塔吉克斯坦的农业经贸合作的现实条件进行描述，分析两国农业发展的政策背景、农业经济的发展及政治经济基础、两国农业之间的互补性，为进一步研究农业经贸合作现状提供现实与政策背景。第三章对中国与塔吉克斯坦农业经贸合作的现状进行分析，通过运用相关数据的计算，分别了解和比较中塔两国农产品贸易的现状及特征；对两国农业经济合作的领域进行分析，提出两国目前农业经贸合作中存在的一些问题。第四章是先分析两国未来发展农业经贸合作的有利因素，对两国之间农产品双边贸易额进行简单的回归分析，预测未来几年的贸易情况；提出两国未来可以开展的农业合作领域。第五章对本文主要内容总结，并提供促进中塔两国今后农业经贸合作的几个建议。
[Abstract]:Tajikistan is one of the member states of the Shanghai cooperation organization, directly on the border with the Chinese Central Asian countries, bilateral economic and trade cooperation between agriculture continued to expand, the trade of agricultural products is an important part of bilateral economic and trade cooperation in agriculture. But the development of agriculture in Tajikistan is backward, shortage of domestic agricultural products in the market, so a large number of imports from abroad agricultural products to meet the needs of the domestic market, while China is a large agricultural country, in recent years, the export of agricultural products in Central Asian countries have gradually increased, and the two countries have favorable conditions on the geographical advantage of proximity, so play geopolitical development between the two sides of the import and export trade of agricultural products. Since the Shanghai cooperation organization since the establishment of bilateral exchanges become more frequent, the two countries have carried out a number of cooperation in the field of agricultural trade, bilateral trade volume of agricultural products between the two countries is also increasing Plus.
According to the two countries in the history of the development of agricultural economic and trade cooperation, cooperation situation and background, pointed out that the two countries of agricultural trade is more solid foundation of political and economic cooperation, both sides have great willingness to cooperate, but also analyzes the cooperation under the existing conditions and the obstacles; suggest that both the agricultural economic and trade cooperation exists the objective requirements; the cooperation and potential cooperation in space there is much difference is another problem to be solved in this paper, the important fields between the two countries agricultural economic and trade cooperation in the future, and how to further enhance economic and trade cooperation between the two countries in the tower of agricultural standards are given their own views.
The specific contents, the first chapter of this paper introduction analysis of background and significance of the agricultural economic and trade cooperation with Tajikistan China, combining domestic and foreign research status, introduce the relevant international economic cooperation and trade theory and regional economic theory, provide a realistic theory and research foundation for this study.
The second chapter of the real conditions Chinese and Tajikistan agricultural economic and trade cooperation between the two countries is described, the development of agriculture policy background, development and political and economic basis of agricultural economy, complementarity between agriculture, to provide practical and policy background for the further research on the current situation of agricultural economic and trade cooperation.
The third chapter on the present situation of agricultural economic and trade cooperation with Tajikistan China were analyzed by calculating the use of relevant data, respectively, to analyze the current situation and characteristics and comparison of the two countries in the trade of agricultural products; on the agricultural economic cooperation in the field of analysis, put forward some problems in bilateral economic and trade cooperation in the agricultural industry currently exists.
The fourth chapter first analyzes the favorable factors for the future development of agricultural trade and cooperation between the two countries, makes a simple regression analysis of the bilateral trade volume between the two countries, forecasts the trade situation in the coming years, and puts forward the future agricultural cooperation areas between the two countries.
The fifth chapter summarizes the main contents of this paper, and provides several suggestions to promote the future agricultural economic and trade cooperation between China and the two countries.
