中国商品市场分割与经济增长关系研究

【摘要】:我国商品市场分割与经济增长的关系在实证上仍是一个有待求证的问题。本文首先综合回顾了国内外关于市场分割程度的度量方法,然后相互比较选择了最佳度量市场分割程度的相对价格法,计算出我国2001-2011年分省市、东中西部和全国整体市场三个层面的市场分割指数,在这三个层面上分析比较我国市场分割程度的变化趋势。其次,将我国2001-2011年间整体市场的市场分割指数纳入到经济增长的计量实证模型中,考察市场分割程度对我国经济增长的实证影响。计量结果得出,市场分割与我国经济增长的关系是非线性的,在我国经济发展水平较低时,程度较轻的市场分割能够促进经济的增长,但随着经济的进一步增长,市场分割阻碍经济增长的作用会越来越显著。把表示对内改革的非国有化变量和表示对外开放的外贸依存度变量引入实证模型来分析其对市场分割的影响后,发现这两个变量都能够通过降低市场分割程度,进而对经济增长具有正向效应。也就是我国的对内改革和对外开放能够降低市场分割程度,促进经济增长的作用。在此基础之上,本文提出了降低我国市场分割程度,促进经济增长的政策含义是:随着我国经济经过了改革开放后的几十年高速的发展,市场分割对于经济增长的正效应阶段已经过去,而其负效应越来越强烈。在改革开放的大背景下,为了减小我国的市场分割程度,将其对经济增长的阻碍作用限制在最小的范围内,首先必须转变政府职能,尽量减小政府行政干预经济生产生活,做好市场经济的“守夜人”、市场经济规则的制定者和裁判员,确保市场经济各微观经济主体公平合法地参与竞争;同时也应该坚定不移的深化对内改革,健全中国特色的社会主义市场经济体制;此外还应该继续多方面、全方位地扩大开放,其中关键就是要提升我国对外开放的质量和效益,提升我国出口产品的高科技和高附加值含量,发展资源消耗少,环境污染小的产业。这也正是我国经济持续健康稳定增长的希望之所在。
[Abstract]:The relationship between commodity market segmentation and economic growth in China is still an issue to be verified empirically. Then, we choose the best relative price method to measure the market segmentation degree, and calculate the market segmentation index of China from 2001 to 2011 at three levels: provinces, cities, east, west, west and the whole country. This paper analyzes and compares the trend of market segmentation in China at these three levels. Secondly, the market segmentation index of the whole market in China from 2001 to 2011 is incorporated into the econometric empirical model of economic growth. The empirical results show that the relationship between market segmentation and China's economic growth is nonlinear, and when the level of economic development in China is low, the relationship between market segmentation and economic growth is nonlinear. A lesser degree of market segmentation can boost economic growth, but as the economy grows further, The effect of market segmentation on economic growth will become more and more significant. After introducing the variables of denationalization of internal reform and foreign trade dependence on opening up to the outside world to analyze its impact on market segmentation, It is found that both of these variables can reduce the degree of market segmentation and thus have a positive effect on economic growth. That is, China's internal reform and opening to the outside world can reduce the degree of market segmentation. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward the policy meaning of reducing the degree of market segmentation and promoting economic growth: with the rapid development of China's economy after decades of reform and opening up, The positive effect of market segmentation on economic growth has passed, and its negative effect is becoming more and more intense. In order to reduce the market segmentation in China under the background of reform and opening up, To limit its hindrance to economic growth within the minimum scope, we must first change the functions of the government, minimize government administrative interference in economic production and life, and be the "night-watchmen" of the market economy, the makers and referees of the rules of the market economy. To ensure that all microeconomic subjects of the market economy participate in competition fairly and legally; at the same time, they should unswervingly deepen domestic reforms and improve the socialist market economic system with Chinese characteristics; in addition, they should continue to do so in many ways. The key to opening wider to the outside world is to improve the quality and efficiency of our country's opening to the outside world, to enhance the high technology and high value-added content of our export products, and to reduce the consumption of development resources. Environmental pollution is a small industry. This is the hope of sustained, healthy and stable economic growth in China.
